EssentialPim: A Reliable but Basic Personal Information Manager
I have been using EssentialPIM for quite some time now and I have to say, it's been a pretty decent experience. The software is versatile and it offers a wide range of features for managing personal information.
The interface is clean and easy to navigate. It's not too cluttered, which is great because it makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The calendar feature is particularly useful. It's easy to create and edit events, set reminders and view different calendars side by side. The task manager is also pretty good. It's easy to create and manage to-do lists and set priorities.
One thing that I really like about EssentialPIM is the ability to sync across multiple devices. This is great because it means I can access my information from anywhere. The syncing is smooth and it happens almost instantly.
The software is not without its faults, however. One issue that I've had is that the search function is not very robust. It's not always easy to find what you're looking for, especially when you have a lot of information stored. Another thing is that the software could use more customization options. It would be nice to be able to change the look and feel of the interface.

EPIM is amazing for keeping track of all my contacts and managing my busy schedule. It's like having a super cool Swiss Watch that works seamlessly and efficiently, even if it does tend to run a bit fast at times. I haven't had a chance to explore the email features yet, but I've heard you can send emails to all your contacts at once, which is pretty awesome. Lifetime subscription
I bought this software's lifetime subscription back in 2008 and I've been using it ever since. I started with the pro version and eventually upgraded to the lifetime subscription at a really good price. I have never regretted investing in this software. What I love the most is that the developers really pay attention to what their customers want. They've added a lot of suggested features in their updates, which make the software even easier to use and more effective. The support on their forum is also top-notch. Plus, this software only takes up a few megabytes of disk space, unlike other companies' software that can be huge.
Lifetime updates license
I've been using this product for the past 10 years and it's been a real lifesaver compared to MS Outlook. The software is so simple to use and has so much potential, it's become a must-have tool in helping me stay on top of my daily grind. I love how everything is all in one place and syncs flawlessly between my phone and computer. My only worry is that the software might get too cluttered with extra stuff in the future. It would be awesome if they added email to the Android phone version and a better spam filter for desktop emails – that would really take this product to the next level.
Standalone program
I really like using this program on my computer! It's awesome and has everything I need - notes, contacts, and email. The security is really great too. However, when it comes to syncing with my phone, it's a complete disaster. It ends up deleting things and duplicating stuff randomly. I mean, seriously? It's 2021, syncing should be smooth sailing by now! Overall, I'd probably give it 4 or 5 stars for standalone use, but only 2 stars as a package.
Email client software
E-PIM is absolutely the best email client software I've ever used. I've tried a bunch of others, but none of them have the customizable inbox options or helpful features that E-PIM has. Being able to sync with the android version is a huge plus, and the option to set it up as either POP or IMAP client is awesome. Trust me, there's no email client out there that can beat E-PIM.
Efficient but outdated
The interface was so clunky and didn't have good ergonomics, which made it really tough to input even simple information. It felt like it was from forever ago, taking forever to even type things out. The word processor was weird and kind of strange, with these basic tables that you couldn't even edit or add to. I started using this product after my old one shut down. On the bright side, it was pretty steady and reliable, had some cool features like tags, recurring tasks, alarms, and the ability to access notes. But I never bothered using it for email.
Planner software

I've been using computers for a long time now, ever since they were as big as trucks! I've tried all sorts of email and contact management systems, from AOL to Thunderbird. But back in the early 2000s, I found this amazing product and I haven't switched since. The way it handles emails and newsletters is lightning-fast, and the password protection is top-of-the-line. On top of that, the customer support is super fast and always ready to help. I'm definitely a customer for life!
My EPIM tool

Software purchase for PIM
After looking into it really closely, I made the decision to buy the PIM software a few years back. It's been super reliable and steady ever since it came out in version 2.x. This software is really flexible and has a great user community and support team behind it. Personally, I think it's the top PIM software out there.

Best PIM, synchronization, mailclient, complete system
I've been using this PIM for years and let me tell you, it's the best one around. The way it syncs over my Wi-Fi is spot on, I don't even have to worry about dealing with a cloud (even though I could if I wanted to). The mailclient feature with a database and the option to link it all up with my calendar, tasks, and contacts in the desktop software is what really seals the deal for me. I can't picture myself using anything else!
Organizer software
I bought this organizer software thinking it would make things easy to switch between my Windows program and Android app. The Windows program is great, helps me stay on top of my tasks and schedule. But when I tried syncing the Android app with their cloud system, it was a mess. I got double entries and the app crashed a few times. It was annoying to see others on the support forum having the same problems with no help from the company. It's frustrating when you spend money on something and the most important feature, syncing, doesn't work like it should.
