So good !
I had so much work when i was starting up my company. The load of doing all the paper works are just way too much, i was like how i suppose to manage this !
also, paperwork are not something you can just do it , there are so many things to look and to understand. Also being the first-timer i had very few ideas about how to do it
File now is suggested by my boss, you can say ex-boss. he told me to use this and i am so glad that he suggested me the company helped in making my work hassle-free. they managed everything for me also it was fast work .

Filenow Starter Package
I used their starter package to register my LLC and I don't regret it. I filled in their online form and I got the documents delivered by both mail and express shipping. I paid $49 and got 1 year of registered agent and the EIN number for free.
I would have paid more by doing everything myself, not to mention the risk of making mistakes and the waste of time and effort. I love these guys and I strongly recommend their service to anyone!
