Lifetime subscription reminder email issue
I had this annoying issue with reminder emails I was getting for my lifetime subscription for five devices. I kept getting renewal emails nonstop, even though I already had a lifetime subscription. So, I decided to contact customer service to figure out why I was getting so many emails. I was happy with how quickly they got back to me and the solution they provided. The customer service rep told me they would fix their mailing system to avoid this problem in the future. It was great to see them take action right away to fix the issue and ensure I wouldn't be bothered by those unnecessary reminder emails anymore.
AI-based object removal software
I've been using this object removal software that uses AI for a bit now, and let me tell you, it's really great. The way it can get rid of stuff you don't want in your photos is so accurate and precise, it's pretty impressive. But one thing that really bugs me is that as soon as I let go of the mouse button after outlining the area, it starts erasing. It would be so much better if I could outline first and then start erasing when I'm ready. Other than that little issue, though, this software is awesome for editing and making your photos look better.
Online help referral for assistance
I ran into a problem and decided to ask for help using the online customer service portal. While waiting for an answer, I checked out the help section and found the info I needed to fix the issue. The detailed instructions in the third item really saved me. One thing I'd recommend is adding a PDF guide to each download, especially for things like landscapes. It would be super helpful to have instructions on how to install and access the files after unzipping to avoid any confusion for customers.
Photo editing app purchase
This app is pretty awesome for editing my pictures, but I think it could be even better. I've been using it for a while now, and I've noticed they keep making updates that add new features, but some of the good stuff disappears along the way. I really wish they would bring back those cool features they took away. One thing that really annoys me is having to log in every single time I want to use the app. It's such a hassle and takes forever!
Restored old photos
I had some old black and white photos that I wanted to fix up, so I decided to give this a try. It worked pretty well, but then I ran into a watermark problem. I had to restart my computer and thankfully that fixed it. It took me a while to figure it out and I was getting really worried that I wouldn't be able to use it. But everything ended up turning out okay in the end! Thanks a lot, Joe!
Resolution of payment issue
I ran into a problem with my payment for an order the other day, but I was really happy with how fast and helpful the customer service person was in fixing it. They answered my email questions within a few hours, showing they know how to take care of their customers. I'm happy with how it all turned out and would definitely tell other people to check out this company.
Affordable object removal software with some limitations
The object removal feature works pretty well, but sometimes it can leave blurry spots and has trouble getting rid of shadows. Even with these little issues, it's still the most budget-friendly software for this job and easy to use. The remove background and switch sky features also do a good job, but they might accidentally take out things you want to keep, so you might need to put in some extra work to get the results you want.
Image editing software purchase
As a person who's dabbled in image editing, I gotta say, this software has the right tools for both regular folks and semi-pros. The layout is easy to figure out and the icons make it clear what they do. Overall, I was happy with how well this software met my editing needs.
