    Thickener shampoo and one conditioner used for whole testing period and I was told by observation team it's working as discussed before purchase
    Process is slightly irritating to fill up forms with all possible details about user
    No money matters for me ,result is important Hair fall stopped just after fifteen days usages So one problem solved Second how long this will retain or I will have to use this solution for whole life ,still to see.

Plus, I'm pretty sure the FTC says companies have to let you cancel online if you signed up that way, and this company definitely isn't following that rule.

    I gotta say, I was so let down by my whole experience with this company. I put in my credit card deets and then they hit me with all this fine print about how their product takes 6 to 12 months to really make a difference. Talk about sneaky marketing! They should've been upfront about that from the get-go. And when I tried to get a refund, all they gave me was some pre-written nonsense about why they don't do refunds. That just solidified my suspicion that this whole thing is a scam. Trust me, don't waste your money on anything from this company.

    Subscription bottle service

    I recently signed up for a subscription bottle service and had a really bad experience. They charged me $80 for each bottle, even though I canceled my account over two years ago. Then, when I tried creating a new account, they still charged me for my old canceled subscription. In just 8 days, they charged me $80 twice. When I asked for an explanation, they couldn't give me a good reason and wouldn't refund me for either bottle. I also couldn't leave a review on their website, which makes me think they're hiding negative feedback. I'd recommend being careful and finding a different service provider.

    Easy-to-work-with account canceled for discount

    These folks are so sneaky, I can't believe they straight up lied about giving me that "forever" discount. I've sent so many emails asking for an explanation, but they haven't given me a real answer yet. Now, I don't trust them at all - they went and canceled my account over some flimsy excuse.

    Canceling subscription and difficulty leaving reviews

    I had a really frustrating time trying to cancel my subscription with this company. I thought I did everything right by turning off the automatic refills, but when I contacted customer service for help, they pretty much told me too bad. Not only that, but when I tried to leave a review on their website, it was such a hassle. Every time I tried to log in and leave a review, I got kicked out, which just made me even more annoyed. It's just not right that they don't let customers leave reviews after they cancel their subscription. It's like they don't want to hear any feedback from people who might have important things to say.

    Difficult customer service experience

    My experience with customer service at this company was just plain awful. I had the displeasure of talking to a Supervisor who was really uncooperative and not helpful at all. No matter what I tried to do to fix my problem, he just brushed me off and wouldn't budge. And on top of that, their cancellation process was way too complicated and not easy to use. The return policy for stuff that I hadn't even opened was just ridiculous and super annoying. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone after the way their customer service team treated me.

    I initially liked the product because it worked well, but I gotta say, I'm really unhappy with how they handle the billing. Not knowing when you'll get charged is a major hassle.     Subscription cancellation nightmare

    I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a product and canceled my subscription to avoid getting charged every 3 months. But surprise, surprise, I still got charged and got an email saying my order was on the way. I tried to fix it multiple times, but the customer service was awful. They wouldn't admit my cancellation and made it super difficult for me to cancel. Total scam, wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

    I signed up for this automatic refill thing, thinking it would make my life easier. Turns out, it was a total disaster. I got an email saying I turned off the refills, so I thought that was the end of it. Nope. They kept charging me and sending me stuff without even asking me. When I tried to cancel, they said they did, but the charges just didn't stop. It was a huge headache. I had to deal with getting a new card and telling my bank to block them from taking my money.     I recently signed up for a hair growth product subscription service, and let me tell you, dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare. First off, they send you a ton of product, which might make sense if you use it every day, but it's just overwhelming. But the worst part is trying to cancel your subscription. It's like trying to escape from prison - they make you go through all these hoops, dragging out the process and making it super frustrating. It's crazy how easy it is to delay a shipment, but cancelling? Forget about it. Overall, it was a major headache and I definitely won't be using their service again.
