The guy who came to my house to remove the furniture was really skilled and made it look easy. He moved heavy furniture by himself like a pro, showing professionalism and expertise. I would recommend LoadUp to anyone who's looking for speedy and great removal services. LoadUp services were beyond my expectations. I contacted them to schedule a next-day pick-up of my spring box and mattress online, and customer service sent me a reminder in the evening. On the pickup day, I received a call from LoadUp customer service assuring me the person scheduled for the pickup was on their way. I've given them 5 stars for great customer service. Overall, the pick-up guys were friendly and professional in their work. Also, the price for the removal was half of what other removal companies had sent us.

This was my first time using the waste removal service and I was really happy with how everything went. I liked being able to pay online beforehand; it made things super easy. On the day of the service, I got text messages letting me know when the worker would be in touch. They showed up on time, actually even a little early, which was great. They were fast and got it done in about a minute, which was impressive. All in all, it was a smooth and easy experience, and I'll for sure use this service again if I need to.

I've actually used this junk removal service a handful of times, and I gotta say, it's been smooth sailing every time. I set up a pickup for the next day on a weekend with this company and I have to say, I was super impressed. It was so easy to schedule and that was a big win for me since I needed to get some stuff taken out fast. Being able to schedule it for the next day on a weekend was super handy. The driver showed up right on time and got the job done quickly. I'm really happy with the service I got and I would definitely suggest this company to anyone who needs removal services.
Furniture pickup service
The service picked up all my stuff, but I was bummed about how they were late and didn't give much help. They didn't show up when they were supposed to and gave the wrong info about when they'd arrive. Plus, the person loading didn't have any extra help to lift the heavy stuff, so my husband had to pitch in to get two big, heavy couches out. It just wasn't the kind of service I thought I was gonna get.

I just had your team come to take away our old grandfather clock, and I gotta say, they really impressed me. The guy who showed up to grab the clock was not only right on time but also super nice and easy to talk to. I liked that I got a heads up before he got to our place, so I could give him directions. And it only took about 10 minutes to get the clock out of the house, which was pretty awesome. I'm really happy with the service overall.

Scheduling the sofa removal service was a breeze. The person who loaded the sofa was good at keeping me informed and the two ladies who came to take the sofa out were really pro. They did struggle a bit getting it down the stairs, which left a few marks on the walls. Luckily, I managed to clean them up pretty easily. All in all, it was a good experience and I'd think about using this service again down the road.
