Wedding Wine
If you are looking for a great gift for any occasion this is the place for you! It is a fun gift that people will have forever to remember their special occasion! I have purchased 2 times from Mano's and have had family members purchase wine as well. Always quick service and great products. You will not be disappointed!!!
Online order of wine
My experience ordering wine online was a letdown. I was told the package would come on a certain day, but it never showed. Even though I had someone ready to sign for it, the package didn't come when it was supposed to. The delay in delivery was super annoying and made me decide to ask for a refund. It just didn't make sense to me how they expected customers to sit around at home all day waiting for a package that never showed up when they said it would.
Recent team themed wine purchase
I was really excited to get some wine bottles with my team's logo on them to celebrate our recent championships. I was so hyped about it that I told all my friends to get them too. But man, what a letdown. I paid for the wine and the delivery, but it never showed up. I even rearranged my whole schedule to make sure I was home for it. When I asked for a refund, they were like, "Nah, we can't do that." They knew I never got my stuff, but still wouldn't give me my money back. I had to go through my credit card company to get it sorted out.
The real problem here was the company's customer service and their delivery people at Fed Ex. I was on the phone forever talking to different folks at Fed Ex, and each one was telling me something different. My wife even took time off work to wait for the delivery, but nothing showed up as promised. It was a total letdown and nothing got resolved.
