Cash withdrawal and deposit
I am really happy with the services at this bank. Being able to easily withdraw and deposit cash is so convenient, I don't have to stand in those long lines at regular bank branches. I've been with them for a while now and switching to this bank as my main financial institution has really paid off. Not only do I save time with their quick services, but I also make over 300 euros more per month compared to my old bank. Overall, I'm really impressed with everything this bank has to offer and I definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient banking option.
International and local banking services
The features this bank offers are easy to understand and open. I like that I can easily find detailed info about fees and other important stuff. Whenever I have a question or issue, the customer service team is quick to help. It's great for both local and international banking needs, especially for folks in Germany with clear info on possible debts and fees. When I opened my account, I got a free card, but I know I'll have to buy a new one once it expires - a simple and fair process that I'm cool with.
Best bank ever
This bank is great! The customer support was really helpful and fast, they fixed my issue right away. The features like scanning IBANs or QR codes for bills are fantastic. The app is really user-friendly and I appreciate how everything is well-organized. The pricing is reasonable and I honestly can't find anything bad to say about this bank. I definitely recommend it!
Online banking services
I've been using online banking for about three months now and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. It's so handy to be able to easily buy stuff and transfer money between PayPal and my bank card. It's made a big difference for me. Plus, it feels safe knowing there's an extra layer of security. Overall, I'm super happy with the service.
Account blocked for 4 days
They won't even tell me why they blocked my account, how long it will be blocked, or what I need to do to fix it. They don't care if you need the money for rent, mortgage, or food; they'll just freeze your funds without any explanations. Watch out for this company, they could really mess up your life out of nowhere.
Bank account fees
I just switched to an online bank to try and save some money. But I was pretty bummed when I found out that because I have something on my credit report, I could only get a Flex account that makes me pay €6 every month. And if that wasn't bad enough, I also have to shell out €2 every time I make a withdrawal. I thought about getting a protected account to make sure my monthly income is safe, but even then I'm stuck dealing with these fees. It just doesn't seem fair that someone like me, with a limited income but trying to stay secure, has to keep paying fees while someone with no obvious money issues gets everything for free.

The customer service at this bank is amazing! I was really impressed by how quickly they answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything step by step in a way that made sense. I really like the mobile banking app, it's super easy to use and very convenient. The Money Beam feature is great for quick money transfers, which is really helpful. And the expense reports are detailed and simple to understand, making it a breeze to keep track of my spending.

The recharging process is super easy and they clearly outline all the costs. Transfers to your account are quick too. So far, everything's been smooth sailing here in the US, but I haven't had a chance to try it out in other countries yet.

It was so quick and easy to use. They might want to think about upping the number of withdrawals per ATM, but everything else was great.
Incompatible with Lexoffice, card canceled but still charged
I've gotta say, my experience with this service has been a major letdown. Can you believe that the lack of compatibility with Lexoffice caused issues with authentication, which led to my card getting charged wrongly? Even after canceling my card, I still haven't seen a refund, so now I have to go talk to a lawyer to get my money back. The customer service has been a complete joke - unhelpful and slow, forcing me to take my business elsewhere next month. I definitely wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, and if I could, I'd give it zero stars.
Mobile banking app
The app definitely needs some work, especially when it comes to design and customer support. The colors just aren't doing it for me, and not having anyone to help out when I need it is pretty annoying. It would be great if they made it more user-friendly and easier to get around.
