Troubleshooting assistance
Even though I was having trouble with the NordPass app on my Mac, I got some really helpful support from a guy named Arthur at customer service. I tried a bunch of different things to fix the app on my own, like uninstalling and reinstalling it, checking my passwords, but nothing worked. Feeling pretty frustrated, I decided to hit up the chat feature for help, and that's when Arthur came to the rescue. He walked me through uninstalling the app again, making sure I also removed the extension on my Mac this time. Arthur even gave me a different link to install a new extension, and that did the trick to fix the issue I was having. It's gonna take a bit to get used to the new setup, but I kinda miss how easy LastPass was to use, even though it's not as secure as NordPass. But big shoutout to Arthur for his skills and support. Thanks to him, I didn't have to reset my NordPass and lose all my data. His help definitely saved me from canceling my Nord subscription.
NordPass 1-Year Premium Password Manager Subscription
I decided to try NordPass 1-year premium password manager subscription because I kept forgetting my login credentials to my socials and other accounts. Unlike most people, I don't like using the same password across multiple accounts -for security purposes. With NordPass 1-year premium password manager subscription I'm done having to remember all my passwords, just the master password. The rest I can retrieve through NordPass, from my phone and computer. When I feel insecure I use NordPass to generate stronger passwords. I ran into a problem the other day when I couldn't remember my main password and recovery info, and it left me feeling totally stuck and lost. Luckily, I decided to contact customer service through the live chat, and I got paired up with a super helpful guy named Dante Sanchez. He was able to help me reset my account quickly and without any trouble. I really appreciated how professional and polite Dante was throughout the whole process. He made the whole experience stress-free and actually pretty nice. I was seriously impressed by how knowledgeable and detail-oriented Dante was.
Password manager purchase
I gotta admit, I'm so glad I discovered NordPass! I'm not exactly a tech whiz, and keeping track of all those passwords was a real pain. But with NordPass, things have gotten so much easier. The interface is super easy to use, and I really appreciate the added security it offers. No more writing passwords on sticky notes for me. And the customer support? A+ all the way. They took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how silly they may have sounded. Seriously, if you're like me and need help managing passwords, NordPass is the way to go. Highly recommend it!
