A Fantastic Experience with Poynt's Point-of-Sale System
As a client of Poynt, I have had a fantastic experience with their services. Their point-of-sale system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making transactions smooth and efficient for both my employees and customers. The system is also highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it to fit the specific needs of our business.

I was seriously impressed by the top-notch service I got when I was setting up my new device. Even though I had to cancel a few times because of unexpected stuff popping up, the lady I talked to, Heather Rogers, was super understanding and patient. She walked me through everything really clearly, one step at a time, until I felt completely confident. Because of her, I'm now enjoying this awesome device and I couldn't be happier.
Payment processing service
As someone who uses the payment processing service, I have to admit that overall, I think it's pretty good. The customer service is really awesome and deserves some praise. However, there's one issue I've noticed with the speed of processing certain cards. I've had to cancel transactions more than three times because it just took way too long to get authorization.
Terminal setup
I was having trouble setting up my terminal, kept getting all these error codes. Luckily, Andrene B came to the rescue and walked me through connecting everything. She even followed up with a call to check if everything was running smoothly. I really appreciate her assistance!
Terminal set up & customer service
The customer service was amazing! Jack went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. And Andrene, along with the rest of the team, provided excellent support during the terminal set up. Huge thanks to all the ladies!
Customer service experience
I've always had a great experience with Eric, the customer service guy. He's quick to pick up the phone, super patient, and always friendly. I'm really happy with the service he's given me, it's a big part of why I like the company so much.
