As a new customer trying out this service, I gotta say, choosing a pet sitter was a lot harder than I expected. I contacted two sitters and eventually picked one, but man, they kept hitting me up with so many messages.
Last-minute pet sitter booking
I really liked how easy it was to find a pet sitter quickly using the platform, especially when I needed someone last minute. But I was kind of bummed about the expensive fees that kept adding up every time I booked someone. It would be great if they could take another look at those fees and maybe lower them a bit to make it more affordable for us customers. Also, it would be a good idea for the company to double-check that all the pet sitters have the right licenses and certifications needed by law for things like dog boarding.

Selena really came through for us by looking after our cats while we were out of town for the weekend. She was on time, super reliable, and even went the extra mile to clean up after the cats made a mess. I found a great babysitter in my neighborhood with no problem at all. The communication and support were top-notch before, during, and after the babysitting session.
