I just bought a DNA kit from Sequencing, hoping to learn a lot about my genes and all that. But man, it took forever for the results to come back. I was starting to stress out since I hadn't heard anything for weeks. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all they said was that my kit was still being processed. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, especially when I was so excited to learn more about myself through this kit.

The genetics test I took was pretty informative, but I was kinda disappointed with it overall. The way the reports were set up made it seem like they would be easy to understand, but they left out a bunch of important details. For instance, they told me I had a 60% chance of getting heart disease, but didn't show where that number came from. Then, another company said my risk was only 8%. They also recommended I start taking Vitamin D to prevent MS, but they didn't even know what my current Vitamin D levels were. I had to go look up some scientific papers myself and found out that I didn't really need more Vitamin D. It was just annoying that the reports didn’t paint a clear picture of my health risks.
