Replacement software for Luminar legacy products
I recently had a great experience talking to customer service about my issue with my Luminar legacy products not working right on my iMac with OS 11 Big Sur. The 'Chat' on the support page was super helpful in getting me in touch with someone who knew their stuff and gave me instant advice on how to fix the compatibility problem. After trying a few things that didn't work, they offered to replace it with Luminar 4. I was happy not only with the new features in Luminar 4 but also with how quick, friendly, and efficient the service from the Luminar team was. It was really smooth and nice dealing with them.
