Service experience
My experience with this service was absolutely awful. I tried reaching out to them on Facebook like they suggested, but they never got back to me. Their service and promotions were just a huge letdown. I wouldn't suggest this service to anybody.
Account Lockout
I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought something, and they just locked my account out of nowhere. I tried calling customer service several times, but no one ever answered. I even sent in a ticket, but it took a whole week for them to reply, just to say my account was deactivated. It's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
