    Snapfish: Just Okay for Photo Printing

    I have been using Snapfish for a few years now and overall, my experience has been pretty good. The website is easy to navigate and it's simple to upload and order prints.

    One thing I really appreciate about Snapfish is the wide range of products they offer. In addition to traditional prints, they also have options for photo books, calendars, and even home decor items like blankets and pillows. The quality of these products has been consistently good in my experience.

    I have had a few hiccups with my orders in the past, but their customer service team has always been quick to resolve any issues. They even sent me a free reprint of an order that had gotten lost in the mail.

    Overall, I would recommend Snapfish to anyone looking to print photos or create unique photo gifts. The prices are competitive and the convenience of being able to order online is a major plus. Just be aware that Snapfish does not have any physical stores.

    First-time photo book purchase

    My first time making a photo book wasn't a walk in the park. I wasn't sure if the pictures I wanted to use were good enough, and I struggled to figure out how to use the software. Dealing with Customer Service was a mixed bag - sometimes helpful, sometimes not so much. It took me three tries before I finally got my order submitted correctly. Thankfully, the discounts they offered helped with the costs. I just wish there were some beginner tips or guidance to make the whole process easier.

    Holiday cards order

    I had a terrible customer service experience. I couldn't even talk to a real person, I had to use the chat feature. Yesterday, two reps just left the chat without fixing my issue. Last year, my holiday cards never showed up, so I had to rush a new order. This year, I got charged for shipping even though there was a promo for free shipping. And the rep said they couldn't do anything about it.

    International trip prints

    I just got some prints from my trip to Japan and man, I was so bummed out by the quality. Those vibrant colors and city lights? Total letdown. They ended up looking all dull and washed-out. Plus, it took ages for them to get here and the shipping was way too expensive. I'm definitely steering clear of this service next time.

    Christmas cards, expedited shipping

    I ordered these Christmas cards and let me tell ya, it was a complete disaster! I shelled out extra for faster shipping but you know what? I never even received my cards! I mean, what a rip-off, huh? And to make matters worse, there's no phone number to reach out for assistance. I tried emailing and chatting with them, but it's like talking to a wall. They just don't give a hoot about their customers. Ugh, what a terrible experience!

    Order for photo-related books and products

    I was always a loyal customer of this online photo printing company, but man, they really messed up my last order. Can you believe they don't even have a way to talk to a live person when something goes wrong? That lack of customer service is just ridiculous. I've had it with them - I'm taking my business somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. This whole thing has been a major letdown. It's sad to see that Snapfish cares more about money than making their customers happy.

    Bad photo printing

    They messed up my order by printing my pictures darker even though I told them not to. Now I'm trying to get a refund through Paypal because they are not being helpful at all. The paper they used is awful and the colors look terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

    Man, I ordered some prints and they came out all wrong - heads cut off and weird neon colors. When I asked for a refund, they just wanted to print them again. No way, I don't want to mess with that shady website anymore. They should've offered free shipping after that mess. I'd say steer clear of this place, it's a waste of time!

    Poor quality prints

    I bought some prints from this company recently and man, I was super bummed out by the quality. The prints were all pixelated, blurry, colors all faded, and there were these annoying horizontal lines going down them. Couldn't even put them in a frame because they were that bad. When I reached out to customer service, they tried to tell me that I had uploaded low-resolution prints, which wasn't true at all. They told me I could try again but I'd have to pay for shipping, which I thought was totally unfair. On top of that, they wouldn't even give me a refund even though the prints were crap. Definitely would not recommend using this company.

    I was frustrated because I had to pay to access my old photos, but then I found out that former members could sign up for a free trial. I didn't know about the free trial and only paid because of that, but support wouldn't refund me. It's so frustrating!

    Custom printed envelopes

    I just bought some custom printed envelopes from this company and they were totally printed upside down. I tried reaching out to them, even sent photos, but they wouldn't give me a refund. The envelopes were such bad quality, I wouldn't even want to use them - it would just be embarrassing. They really need to get their act together with their quality control. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but I'm really disappointed in how their service and professionalism have gone downhill. I won't be using their services again in the future.
