Social media posting agency
Renata and Julia are amazing - they're trustworthy, smart, and caring. They've been killing it with our posts. We had to dump some other agencies before stumbling upon SocialBee because they just weren't cutting it. SocialBee's dashboard is easy to use and they come up with some awesome posts for us. Their service is top-notch and they're always digging deeper to understand our company and industry better.
Trouble with account access
I've been having trouble getting into my account for the last couple of days. I reached out to the company through email, but I haven't heard back yet. It's really frustrating because my account is sharing old posts on my social media and I can't log in to fix it because of the login problems.
Social media marketing services
My experience with the social media marketing services from this company was pretty disappointing. The content they made for my business felt kinda generic and didn't really capture the essence of my brand. It was tough for me to tweak the content to make it more engaging for my target audience. And when I asked for a refund because I wasn't happy with the service, the response I got was not very professional and didn't show much empathy towards customer service. All in all, my dealings with this company definitely fell short of my expectations.
