CRM for Gmail users
Streak is great for Gmail users like me. The way it blends with Gmail saves me time since I don't have to switch tabs or bcc my CRM. The features like inbox labels, sidebar for context, and tools for tracking open/link and sharing snippets really help me work efficiently. Whenever I need help, the support team is quick and knowledgeable, and they keep building up their database to assist us better. The CRM functions well too, letting me organize records in pipelines with customizable stages and views. While there are a few small things missing, the balance between simplicity and features is impressive. Of course, there are some downsides, like not so smooth Make.com integration and the complexity of using Javascript flavors for formulas. Despite that, Streak has been a valuable tool for my team since 2016.
CRM, Gmail integration, laptop focused, lacking mobile app
Streak is hands down the top CRM for most folks. The way it links up with Gmail just makes it so easy to stay on top of customer stuff. It's perfect for laptop warriors since it's super easy to use. But, I gotta say, the mobile app could use some work. It's not as smooth as the desktop version and could use a little sprucing up.
