Positive Experience with Toluna Online Survey Platform.
I have been a client of Toluna for several years now and overall, I have had a positive experience with the company. Toluna is an online market research platform that allows users to earn rewards for completing surveys and participating in polls. I have found the surveys to be varied and interesting, covering a range of topics from consumer products to political opinions.
One of the things that I appreciate about Toluna is that they have a wide range of rewards available. Users can earn points for completing surveys, which can then be exchanged for gift cards to popular retailers such as Amazon and Target, or for cash through PayPal. I have had no issues redeeming my rewards and they always arrived in a timely manner.
The user interface of the Toluna website is also easy to navigate and user-friendly. I have never had any issues with technical difficulties or glitches while using the platform. Additionally, the Toluna customer service team is quick to respond and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had.
One downside of Toluna is that the number of surveys available to me has been limited at times. However, this seems to be a common issue with online survey platforms and is not unique to Toluna.

I've been using this survey platform for a while, and I like a lot of things about it. But, there are definitely some areas that could be better. One big problem for me is the payment system. It's annoying to have to collect a specific amount of points before cashing out, especially for folks relying on this platform for income. It would be a lot better if they just gave out points in a simple, straightforward currency with no strings attached.

Toluna surveys are actually really cool! They're not boring or super long. The stuff they ask about is interesting and makes sense. I think the points you get for a survey is fair for the time it takes. The only downside is sometimes when you try to start a survey, it doesn't work right away and you have to keep trying. They always blame it on some glitch or whatever.

Reward redemption process
The new system for redeeming rewards with the dual recognition is driving me crazy. Like, you select your reward and then supposedly you get an email right away to confirm, but let me tell you, it takes forever sometimes. Hours, honestly. It's way too annoying and just drags out the whole thing. They need to fix this ASAP.
Surveys disappearing
I can't stand it when I'm in the middle of a survey and poof, it's gone! It's super frustrating and just feels like I'm wasting my time. I'm putting in the effort to do the survey, so it's really annoying when I don't even get any points for it due to it disappearing. Seriously, Toluna, get it together!
