Simplistic and Efficient
I recently bought something from Trusted Tech Team and let me tell you, I was really happy with the whole thing. Right from when I asked for a price, they handled everything super professionally and quickly. They had a quote ready for me the next day, so I could make my decision without any waiting around. Plus, the person I talked to even helped me set up a business account, making the whole buying process even smoother. It's not often you come across such great customer service these days, so I was seriously impressed by how much help Trusted Tech Team gave me. I was so pleased that I put them on our list of approved vendors without a second thought, and I can't wait to keep working with them in the future.

The support team was awesome! They were super responsive and helpful the whole time, offering great prices and tons of flexibility. I honestly can't think of anything else to ask for, maybe just a slightly better portal interface - but that's just me being picky.

Dealing with Insight's "licensing team" would have taken forever, not to mention they've screwed up our renewals in the past. Trusted Tech Team is definitely the way to go.

I just bought some Microsoft software from Trusted Tech Team, and I gotta say, they were really on top of things when it came to following up on my concerns. But man, Microsoft totally dropped the ball! It was like they didn't even care about the problems we were having. And because of their delays, they ended up deleting some important logs, which basically made the whole investigation useless.
