    VirtualPBX: A Mediocre VoIP Provider

    Well, I've been using VirtualPBX for my business for a few months now and overall, it's been a decent experience. The setup process was pretty straightforward, and the customer service team was available to help with any questions I had.

    One thing I really like about VirtualPBX is the variety of plans they offer. They have options for small businesses, as well as enterprise-level plans, so it's easy to find something that fits your needs. I also appreciate that they offer a free trial, so you can test out the service before committing to a plan.

    The features that come with VirtualPBX are pretty standard for a virtual phone system. You get call forwarding, voicemail, and the ability to add multiple extensions. They also have a mobile app that allows you to make and receive calls on the go, which is a nice touch.

    One downside is that their call quality isn't always the best. I've had a few dropped calls and some static on the line. It's not a dealbreaker, but it can be a bit frustrating.

    Overall, VirtualPBX is a solid choice for a virtual phone system. It's got a good variety of plans, decent features, and a helpful customer service team. Just be aware that the call quality can be a bit hit or miss.

    PA-system speaker purchase

    I've been using this company for about a year now. The process of getting started was super easy, the training they gave me was really beneficial, and everyone I interacted with was so nice and always ready to help with any questions I had. Whenever I needed assistance, whether I called or chatted with them online, the support team was quick to reply and took care of my issues right away. They even had a team to follow up on any ongoing problems, which was awesome. When I got a PA-system type speaker for my warehouse, they gave me a document that was super helpful. However, when I got a slightly different speaker and had some trouble, the tech support fixed it in just 5 minutes, mentioning something about codex. Overall, I would totally recommend this company to others. They definitely appreciate it if you have a bit of knowledge beforehand, but they always do their best to help you out.

    Phone setup and number porting assistance

    I just wanted to tell you all about this wonderful lady named Kathy who helped me out recently. She was so knowledgeable and patient when she helped me set up our phone system and transfer our number from our old provider, Ring Central. I'm not the best with technology, so Kathy's expertise was a lifesaver. She walked me through everything and stayed calm and helpful the whole time. Without her, I would have been totally lost trying to get our system working. I can't thank Kathy enough for going above and beyond to help me out.
