Mixed Feelings about Wonder Idea Technology
I've been working with Wonder Idea Technology for a little while now and overall, my experience has been pretty decent. The company is a software development firm that specializes in creating custom solutions for businesses.
One thing that I appreciate about Wonder Idea Technology is that they take the time to really understand their clients' needs. They don't just try to sell you a cookie-cutter solution - they work with you to create something that fits your business perfectly.
The team at Wonder Idea Technology is also pretty solid. They have a good mix of experienced developers and newer talent, which helps keep things fresh and innovative. Communication has been good and they are responsive to any queries or concerns.
The project management is also well organized. They have a clear process in place and they stick to it. This makes things run smoothly and helps ensure that deadlines are met.
The only downside is that they are not very well known in the market, so it might be harder to get new clients. I recently switched from the old version to the new one after using it for a few years. The customer service at this company has been amazing over the years. They've always been quick to help whenever I needed it. When I had trouble installing the software on a new computer, they offered me an upgrade to the new version for a really good price. The one-time payment I made for this software has been totally worth it for all the features it has. I've checked out other similar products, and this one is by far the best in terms of control and features. Overall, I'm really happy with the product and the service from the company.
Digital organization software
I just gotta give a shoutout to the amazing customer service here! They've been so great and understanding, always helping me out even when I get a little lost with the program since I mainly use it for personal stuff. It can get a little tricky with some of the advertising being geared towards businesses, but overall it's been a really positive experience. I've been using the software to keep all my tax records in order and easy to access, thanks to the tabs feature. It's also been super handy for storing all my emails, letters, and other important papers, whether they're electronic or in print.
Bought a digital download of a software
I got this really cool software to make awesome stuff on my computer! It's like magic, but with technology! I got it a while back on a CD, and it was a blast to use. But I lost the CD, so I needed to get it again. Luckily, the super nice person at the company helped me out. They hooked me up with a new digital download quicker than I can finish my homework! Now I'm back to making amazing things on my computer, all thanks to them. I can't praise this software enough - it's like having a magic wand for creativity!
Video editing software purchase
I just bought this video editing software, and let me tell you, it's been beyond amazing. The videos I've made look super high quality and can be played on pretty much any device - whether it's a computer or a phone. The only hiccup I had was getting the audio and video to sync up on my phone, but I found a quick fix for that. All in all, this software is really user-friendly and it gets the job done perfectly.
Flip PDF Pro application for Macintosh
I've been using Flip PDF Pro on my Mac for years, and let me tell you, it's an amazing product. I've made so many FLIPBOOKS with tons of Vimeo videos and stories in them, and they always turn out great, better than I could've hoped for.
E-catalog maker
I really love using this e-catalog maker, it's so easy and fun! I can create all sorts of awesome catalogs in just a few minutes, and they turn out looking amazing. There are tons of templates and tools to pick from, it's kind of like doing a digital craft project! I've been using it for a bit now, and it's always been super reliable. The customer service folks are really friendly and they're quick to help me out if I run into any issues.
PDF to online brochure conversion tool
I recently bought a tool that allows me to turn PDFs into interactive online brochures, and let me tell you, it totally exceeded my expectations. This tool is so easy to use and has a ton of customization options to choose from. The support team, especially Lynn Tang, was super helpful and really knew their stuff. My only small recommendation would be to add an API so that the online brochures can be integrated more smoothly into existing websites.

Software for creating flipbooks
I first started using this software back in 2012 - it was pretty basic at the time, but now it's top-notch with a ton of great features. You can easily create flipbook versions of PDFs with clickable links and have them uploaded in just a few minutes. The support team is quick to respond and super helpful. I definitely recommend this software.
