Mobile app for play time games and app downloads
The mobile app is pretty cool, especially for playing games in your free time. But I do feel like the games could use a refresh. And it would be nice to be able to play them on a computer too.

Wasted time on a survey
I just spent almost an hour doing this survey and then when I finally finished and hit submit, I got disqualified. It's so annoying and feels like a total waste of time. Ysense used to be awesome, but this time was just really disappointing.
Paid surveys
The website pays you for doing surveys, but there are so many times where you get disqualified or the surveys end up being way longer than they said. It can be really frustrating because we end up wasting time and not getting our rewards.
Completed offers, not paid
I can't believe what happened when I tried to get paid for completing those offers on Ysense. I did everything they asked - took screenshots, followed instructions - and their customer service still won't pay me. It just doesn't seem fair to me!
Limited surveys
I was pumped to give this app a shot after watching those YouTube vids talking it up, but man, after giving it a go for a couple of weeks here in Pakistan, I realized the surveys were pretty scarce. I only got a measly two-cent bonus each day, and that was it. Bummer to see that the good stuff is only for folks in Europe and North America. Save yourself the trouble if you're not in those areas.
Unfulfilled gift card
I’m really disappointed with the service at this website. I bought a gift card nearly a week ago and still haven’t gotten it. It’s just not cool and I expected more from a company like this. It’s annoying that I have to keep bugging them just to get what I already paid for.

Ysense is the place to go if you're looking to earn rewards easily. I really enjoy being a part of their panel and taking surveys. It's a fun way to make some extra money.
Problematic account flagging
My time with Ysense has honestly been frustrating because every time I redeem my points, my account gets flagged. I've been doing surveys and playing games to earn those points, but I keep running into this issue, and so have my two brothers. The fact that they don't really tell us why our accounts are getting flagged worries me, and the platform really needs to fix this soon. It's making me think twice about sticking with Ysense to earn rewards.
Closed account after withdrawal
I had a really bad thing happen with this service not too long ago. I asked to take out some money, and then all of a sudden my account got shut down for no reason. I couldn't believe it, and it made me so mad, especially because I had been using this service for a while with no problems. When I tried to ask customer service why they closed my account, they were so rude and not helpful at all. Their lack of communication and bad service really got on my nerves and made me feel so mad and let down with everything.
Account deactivation after withdrawal
I can't believe this site! I put in a withdrawal and boom, they shut down my account. All they care about is raking in that partner cash, no plans to actually pay us users. It's straight up scammy and I won't stand for it. They're using folks for labor then tossing us aside like we don't matter.
