Highly Satisfied with Zoolz Cloud Storage Solutions
I have been a client of Zoolz for several years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about their service. Their cloud storage solutions are top-notch and the user interface is extremely user-friendly. I particularly appreciate the ability to easily organize and access my files from any device. Their customer service is also exceptional. Any time I have had a question or concern, they have been quick to respond and provide helpful solutions. Overall, I highly recommend Zoolz for anyone in need of reliable and efficient cloud storage.
Backup for only $100 a year
Today, my computer totally crashed and I lost everything. But guess what? I remembered I had this awesome backup system. So I just went and got a new drive, clicked a couple buttons, and boom - all my stuff was back! It did take a bit of time, like 3-12 hours, but for only $100 a year, I can be patient. The only thing that would make it even better is if I could see my files from different dates. But overall, I'd give it 5 stars!
1-year Zoolz user
I've been using this software for almost a year now and I gotta say, it's been a pretty smooth ride without any major hiccups. The support team has been super helpful every time I ran into a problem, which has made my overall experience with the software really positive. Honestly, choosing to use this software has been one of the best decisions I've made in my career.
Online storage help
I was having a hard time finding my photos and documents on my laptop, so I decided to contact customer service for some assistance. They got back to me within a day and provided me with the perfect solution. Their customer service is excellent and I'm really pleased with the help I got!
Cloud storage service purchase
I bought a cloud storage service from this company, hoping it would be an easy way to back up my important files. But to my dismay, I found out that if my subscription was less than three years, I wouldn't get a refund or any other options. Their inflexibility and lack of concern for customers really bothered me. It's annoying to think I got the short end of the stick from a company that's supposed to help me out.
Lifetime subscription experience
I recently bought a lifetime subscription, thinking it would be a good idea for my data storage needs. But you know, a few years down the line, my account got disabled and all my data was wiped out because the company randomly switched things up and wanted lifetime subscribers to start paying yearly. I tried to talk to their customer service a bunch of times, but nothing was fixed. I ended up losing not just my cash but all my important files too. It's really frustrating and just plain wrong to trick customers like that. I'd say be careful and steer clear of this sneaky stuff.
Lifetime 2Tb Storage Plan
When I bought the Lifetime 2Tb storage plan a while back, I was hooked by the cool movie character reference and the idea of a storage option that would last a long time. But to be honest, my time with the service ended up being a major letdown. The so-called "Lifetime" plan actually only lasted 3 years before kicking the bucket, which was definitely not what I had in mind. It felt like the storage plan ditched me out of the blue. Let's just say I was pretty disappointed with how things went down.
Lifetime account purchased
I am really frustrated at the moment. I purchased a Lifetime account some time back and now they have suddenly canceled it and removed all my stuff! I can't believe it. Where is my refund? This company is such a scam. I would advise against trusting them with your data. You should just stick with Microsoft OneDrive; they seem much more reliable.
Lifetime 1TB license purchase
I'm pretty bummed that they're saying my lifetime 1TB license I bought back in 2018 is expired because of some "monthly maintenance plan" I didn't even sign up for. I mainly just use it for backup, so my data's not at risk, but it's shady that they're pulling this. I've seen other folks with the same problem, so I'm thinking about asking for my money back if they don't stick to the deal we made when I bought it.
2TB lifetime account
I was super excited when I snagged a 2TB lifetime account from this spot. But man, last year I couldn't even download my stuff 'cause it was moving like molasses! And now I hop on and my 2TB is nowhere to be found, just vanished into thin air! Don't get sucked into their "lifetime" spiel, it's really more like "lifetime until we decide to yank it away," if you ask me.

I recently bought a lifetime 1TB backup storage plan, and I have to say, it's been a real letdown. At first, they told me I'd have my storage forever with just one payment. But then, out of nowhere a few years later, they switched things up and said I had to start paying monthly or risk losing all my stuff. The way they handled the whole situation was confusing and shady, making me feel like I got scammed. Even though I was supposed to be locked into the original deal, I was forced to choose between losing my files or signing up for a whole new plan that I never wanted. This whole ordeal has left me feeling let down and questioning the company's honesty.

Oh my gosh, guys, this app totally scammed me! I shelled out some cash for a lifetime subscription with 1.5TB of space, and now, just 2 years later, they're saying I gotta start paying annually. I tried talking to their support team to see if I could have a bit more time to get my stuff, but they basically said "tough luck"! Can you believe that? Such a joke!
Lifetime subscription
Yo, check it out - I signed up for this "lifetime" subscription, all stoked to use it for all my pics and vids. Next thing you know, they switch up the rules and start holding my stuff for ransom! Seriously, so frustrating. Good thing I had backups for days, so I straight up said peace out to them and found a way better service.
Cloud storage experience
My experience with this cloud storage provider was pretty disappointing. The upload and download speeds using the web vault were quick, and the web interface worked well. But the cold storage option was super slow. On top of that, they canceled the lifetime plan after only two years, which was a big letdown. It felt like they weren't keeping their end of the deal for a lifetime subscription. Overall, this provider didn't meet my expectations and I wouldn't suggest using it.
Lifetime subscription drama
I remember signing up for the 'lifetime subscription' about 8 years ago and then they had the nerve to start asking for more money. I mean, seriously, lifetime should mean lifetime, am I right?
