The support desk at this company is amazing. They really know their stuff and are always there to lend a hand. The Local Business Ranker and Live Event Blaster have been super helpful in boosting my earnings. And I can't forget about Thumbnail Blaster - that tool is top-notch and I definitely suggest checking it out.
Awesome customer service
I was totally ready to bash this company, but they totally surprised me. I had an issue, but they took care of it super quick and professionally. I'm seriously impressed with their customer service and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Blaster Academy bundle purchase
I just bought the Blaster Academy bundle from this company, and honestly, some of the programs were helpful but others just didn't cut it for what I needed. The lessons were okay, but not everything was relevant to my business. Even though I gave it a shot, I realized it wasn't really what I was looking for, so I asked for a refund within the 60-day window. At first, customer service pushed some pricy software my way for free, but when I turned it down, they quickly gave me a full refund. Overall, I might give them another chance in the future, especially for VMB.
Software products
I bought software from this company twice. I didn't end up using them like I thought, so I asked for a refund, one was almost $90. They were quick and nice about giving me my money back. I'm willing to give them another shot because I trust they know what they're doing.
Text-to-speech comparison
After checking out those text-to-speech engines, I gotta say, they both did a pretty good job. So, I did a test where I changed the same text in both engines and saved the results as MP3s. Then, when I listened to the files in Audacity, I noticed the voice quality and tone were identical. One of the engines had an easier interface to use, but once I got used to it, I actually liked the other one better. Oh, and BTW, Audacity has been super helpful for me in editing and tweaking those MP3 files.
Speech software purchase
I bought some speech software a couple years ago and so far, it's been okay. I went for the basic version which only had a few voices to choose from. One thing to keep in mind is that sometimes you might need to tweak the text a bit to make it sound more human-like. But overall, it's pretty good and I haven't had any issues with billing, unlike some other products out there. If you want some extra security, I recommend using a one-time card from Revolut or another bank.
Speechelo
Do not purchase software from this company, and don't trust their refund policy. The software did not suit my needs and I requested a refund within 2 days of trying it. However, they ignored my cancellation request, and continued to send me offers that I was not interested in. After sending them several email messages asking for the refund confirmation, and them continuing to play dumb, pretending to not have the ticket number of my cancellation, they told me today I was outside the refund period. Unacceptable, poor customer service and greedy company. You will also receive 2 unsolicited marketing email blasts from them each day trying to upsell.
