Bonsai: A Solid but Unremarkable Company

I've been using Bonsai for a few months now and overall, I've been pretty satisfied with their service. The platform is easy to use and navigate, and I've had no issues with billing or payment.

One thing I really like about Bonsai is their customer support. Whenever I've had a question or problem, I've been able to get quick and helpful assistance through their chat feature. The reps have always been friendly and knowledgeable, and they've been able to resolve any issues I've had in a timely manner.

One thing that I think could be improved is the selection of plants available on the site. While they have a decent variety, I've had a few instances where I've been looking for a specific plant and they didn't have it in stock. It would be nice to see a wider selection, but overall this hasn't been a major issue for me.

In terms of the actual plants I've received, I've been happy with the quality. All of the plants I've ordered have arrived in good condition and are thriving in my home.

Overall, I'd recommend Bonsai to anyone looking to add some greenery to their space. While there are a few areas for improvement, the customer service and plant quality make it a solid choice.
