Patio set purchase
I got this amazing patio set for my birthday bash and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Not only does it look great, but it's also super sturdy, which is exactly what I needed for my outdoor space. Initially, I was stressing out because the delivery was set for the day of my party, but thanks to the awesome customer service from one of the team members, they made it happen a day early. The dedication and effort they put in really made a difference in making sure my event went smoothly. Overall, I'm beyond pleased with my purchase and the top-notch service I got from the company.
Home decor items
I gotta say, my experience with this online store has been amazing. I've bought a bunch of home decor stuff from them, and every time I've been super impressed with how good the products are and how great the service is. Lotus grill purchase
I bought a Lotus grill from this company not too long ago and let me tell you, everything went really smoothly. It was my first time buying from them and I was super impressed with how they handled everything. The grill I got was top-notch quality and came packaged really well. It even got to me in just 4 or 5 days despite it being holiday season, which was awesome. I'll definitely be going back to buy more from them and will also spread the word to my friends who love camping and traveling.
Vintage Vox cot bed and draw set
I just bought this really cool vintage Vox cot bed and draw set from this store. But when it showed up, some of the draws had a little issue and were missing a few things. The customer service team totally came through, though. They got me new parts and the missing items super fast. And let me tell you, being super pregnant, that really made a big difference and took a load off. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for more stuff in the future.
Grey modular sofa/day bed purchase
I have to tell you, this company is on top of their game! I ordered the grey modular sofa/day bed, and even though there was a little mix-up with the missing seat cushions, their customer service team handled it like pros. They were quick, friendly, and sent me new cushions right away. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out!
Awesome beds
I got these awesome beds from this place and they are so cool! George put them together and they look amazing. My kids absolutely love them and are really happy.
Awesome record player
I bought this awesome record player a few months ago from this really cool website, and oh my gosh, the sound of my favorite LPs is just incredible! I was a little worried at first about whether it could play those old bakelite 78s, but I reached out to them and they actually checked with the supplier for me. They said it could, but warned me that it might wear out the stylus more quickly. I'm totally blown away by their customer service!
My bed
I recently got a bed from them, but I didn't open it right away because my grandma got sick. Finally, when we unboxed it, we noticed a little scratch on one of the pieces. Even though it was past the return period, they still sent me a replacement part at no cost. They really are a great company with excellent customer service. They were in constant communication the entire time - I really appreciate it! Thank you so much!
Awesome lights!
I got these awesome lights from Cuckooland and couldn't wait to hang them up in my room. But when my package came, I saw that a few of the lamps were smashed during the way here. I got in touch with customer service, sent them a pic of the broken ones, and they were really cool about it. They sent me a new set of lights pronto and they were just what I wanted! They look really chic and make my room look so much better.
Low bunk bed purchase
I just got this awesome bunk bed from a store and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with the whole thing. The delivery was super quick and didn't cost me a thing, which is hard to come by nowadays. The bed itself is top-notch quality and putting it together was a breeze. No missing pieces, unlike some other places I've shopped at before. I would totally suggest checking them out if you need a new bed.
Ooni pizza oven purchase
I got this really cool Ooni pizza oven from Cuckooland and it was way cheaper than buying it directly from Ooni! Their customer service was top-notch, especially Leah. She helped me out before I even made my purchase and quickly took care of a missing item in the box by sending it over to me right away. I highly suggest checking out Cuckooland, big thanks to them and an extra big thanks to Leah!
Bunk bed
I got a bunk bed delivered and some pieces were messed up, but the customer service folks were really great and sent replacements right away. Leah, the customer service gal, was amazing! I'm thrilled with my new bed and the awesome service I got.
Large Oval House pod purchase
I recently purchased a Large Oval House pod and the whole experience was great. When I went to the showroom, I met Nathalie, who was super knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and made everything fun. The installation team showed up on time and worked really hard all day to build it from the ground up. We are so happy with how it turned out. Thanks for the amazing customer service!
My cool new bed
I just got this amazing new bed for my room and it looks so cool! Putting it together was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions. The only issue was that there was a missing piece, but the customer service team, with special props to Leah, really came through for me! She fixed everything quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
New bunk bed
Wow, this bunk bed is amazing! It's got a desk underneath and storage in the stairs. My daughter is obsessed with it and can't wait to show it off to all her friends. The quality is top-notch and the design fits perfectly in her room. We couldn't be happier with this buy!
