The online store is obviously great but the support team is superb! I needed some specific features developed and I emailed the Ecom chief support staff. Not only did they add the features to my site free of charge, they completed the work within hours of me giving them access to the site. This team is highly responsive and are clear and concise communicators. So happy that we chose Ecom Chief!

This is an extremely professional and easy to use website. There are so many great options that make the website look stylish on the mobile as well. I love the fact that we can make the display images square, add lots of banners, and add a mega menu that gives a different view to the drop down menu. Customer service is AWESOME. They reply within or less than 6 hours even on holiday. 100 Thumps up.
