    FEDEX has been the best courier service for me

    Whether it is locally or internationally, FEDEX just got my trust. I use to send gifts from New York to Canada to my parents and friends through FEDEX. It started like that. It was once in a while. Then, one of the important documents related to official work, I supposed to send it to an official. But the issue was most of the courier services didn't promise me the time I was expecting. FEDEX came to rescue. I got my paper delivered on the next day at the place. It charged bit more but that wasn't the concern. It was the safety and assurance of the package.
    I truly admire the kind of dedication they put. I even know few guys from FEDEX. They are very helping. I highly recommend people to go for them with any kind of package.

I had to hit up my daughter to grab it from the stairs as soon as I found out. It would be great if next time, the delivery person could make sure the package is easy to see in the photo proof.     The international package shipping service from this company has been absolutely terrible. The packages just disappear into thin air, the tracking info keeps changing, and the delivery dates keep getting pushed back. It's so frustrating to try to plan around a delivery that never shows up like it's supposed to. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it's terrible! You can't talk to a real person, just an annoying automated system that makes everything even worse. It's a total waste of time and just leaves me feeling so irritated.

    I recently used an international shipping service to send some stuff from Hong Kong to The Netherlands.     Shipping Nightmare

    FedEx is the worst, seriously! My experience with them was just terrible. I mean, first off, it was a nightmare trying to even get in touch with them because it felt like their call center was in a whole other country, and half the time the people on the phone couldn't even understand what I was saying. And then, my package was supposed to show up in a few days, but it actually took a whole month! Like, seriously, who takes that long to deliver something? And don't even get me started on the driver saying they dropped off my package when clearly they didn't. I swear, I am never, ever using FedEx again!

    My recent experience with the international shipment has really left me feeling pretty disappointed. I found an error with the barcode online and was told it was fixed and my package was on its way. But weeks went by and the tracking still said it was "on the way" with no new info. When I tried to get help from customer service, I just got stuck on a robot line that kept repeating the same useless message before hanging up on me. The lack of communication and responsiveness from customer service was just really frustrating and not cool at all.

    Man, ordering stuff online was a total disaster for me. That website was a mess, super hard to figure out and left me feeling frustrated. I signed up for text alerts, but never got a single notification about my package. When I tried reaching out to Customer Service, the supervisor said they'd call me back in 20 minutes, but that never happened. To top it off, when I gave them my home phone number, they somehow got it all mixed up with a different one. And don't even get me started on the delivery drivers! They completely ignored the notes and left my package on the ground by the driveway, even though I specifically told them where to put it.

    I recently placed an order online, expecting it to be delivered to my house. Unfortunately, the delivery person ended up leaving it at the wrong address by mistake. Despite trying multiple times to fix the issue, the customer service team has been inefficient and hasn't followed through. Dealing with this incompetence is frustrating when all I wanted was my order on time. I'm very disappointed with the lack of service I've received. On top of that, communication has been even more difficult due to the language barrier with the customer service reps. I won't be using their services again in the future.

    Shipping service for a 136-pound package

    I just used the shipping service to get a 136-pound package sent to my place. I told them to leave the package at the door in a safe spot because I didn't need to sign for it and didn't want it to get stolen. But guess what? The delivery person totally ignored my instructions and didn't even bother reading the note that said packages should go to the business secretary. They said the business was closed and that I wasn't home, even though I was right there when they showed up. That lack of attention to detail and not following customer instructions just ain't cool.

    I'm so frustrated with trying to pay my bills on their website. It's been down for months! When I called customer service, they said someone would call me back, but who knows who that could be - probably someone foreign! And on top of that, they won't even accept a check. I'm not comfortable giving my card details to some random person calling me back, especially with all the scammers out there. Come on, Fedex, get it together!

    I decided to use this service to ship some important documents internationally. Sadly, my experience turned out to be a total failure. The delivery guy only dropped off one of the two packages I was expecting, even though both were clearly labeled and had the right weight. They had mentioned the chance of a split delivery, but that didn't happen. I spent the whole day waiting for the second package, but no info or updates ever came. When I tried contacting customer service, all I got was unhelpful answers and no solution. This lack of communication and responsibility is just not okay.

    What a nightmare dealing with FedEx! They messed up my delivery again and now my package seems to have vanished. Trying to file a claim has been a total pain, dealing with their confusing automated system. It's a huge mess with no end in sight. I wasted five hours of my life thanks to FedEx's incompetence. I really hope they close up shop soon.
