Cute clothes and fun toys
Kmart is seriously my favorite store! They have the cutest clothes and fun toys, I could spend all day there. I usually go to the one in Camberwell, VIC, and the staff there are always so nice and helpful. One time, I couldn't find something I really wanted, and this amazing employee named Tammi helped me search until we found it. She was so friendly and made my shopping trip even more enjoyable. I would give Kmart a perfect score for customer service because they always go the extra mile to make sure we're satisfied. Thank you, Kmart, for being so awesome!
i can shop without worrying about quality
Kmart is my favourite and there are tons of reasons why i recommend people to try this store. I started shopping from here during January of this year and i bought joggers as my first shopping item. The joggers are so fit and perfect. It's not just stretch according to my movements but it's not loose either. I can wear with without feeling any kind of discomfort. Its good for cycling and I am very happy with the quality too also the price is affordable . also washing this jogger is much easier than i thought.
Earphones and beach swag
I just bought some new earphones at the store because my old wireless ones were way too expensive and didn't work well. While I was there, I also picked up a beach swag that was a good deal and better quality than what other stores were selling. Overall, the shopping trip was easy and I'm happy with my purchases. The only issue I had was that I wasn't sure if the website info about what products the store had in stock was accurate.
Amazing customer service!
I went to this store and this guy named Dustin totally helped me out. He found what I needed, boxed it up for me, and even told me I could pick it up later. Dustin was super cool and definitely knew his stuff. Shoutout to Dustin for being awesome!
Bicycle air pump, iPhone charger, body soap
I had the worst experience at this store. The staff had no idea where anything was, and the things I needed weren't even in stock despite the website saying they were. When I asked for help, they gave me different answers and sent me all over the place. It's like they want to confuse customers on purpose. I'm going to try a different location next time - this store is a joke.
Sit Up Bar
The sit-up bar I got from here was a total scam! It wouldn't even stay put on my floor and was so flimsy that it was basically useless. I tried to incorporate it into my workouts, but just ended up feeling annoyed and giving up. I really regret spending my money on this lousy product.
Bamboo drawer purchase
The bamboo drawers I got from this store were a total disaster. Ordered them for delivery and when they showed up three weeks later, only one out of eight drawers actually fit. The other seven were totally wrong, way too small. Tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they wouldn't send me the right drawers I needed to make it work. Now I'm stuck with an empty frame and only one working drawer. Total letdown.
Kids bras
My recent experience buying kids bras at this store was a letdown. As a parent, I just wanted to find a bra that would fit my growing child, but all the ones in the kids section were either too tight or too loose. On top of that, some of them were dirty or falling apart, definitely not worth the price. If you're in the same boat, I'd say look elsewhere before buying anything here.
Faulty vacuum refund delay
I am so frustrated with the terrible customer service I've been dealing with while trying to get a refund for a broken vacuum I bought online. It's been dragging on for 2 1/2 months now and it's been a total headache. The live chat is a joke - the reps disconnect before you can even finish your sentence. The customer service staff is so rude and incompetent, it's just not right. The recorded messages when you're on hold don't match the terrible treatment you actually get as a customer. This store should be ashamed of how they treat their customers!
Various household items
As a customer, I am really unhappy with the online shopping experience at this store. Every time I try to buy something, it's always out of stock. It's super frustrating to see stuff advertised and then find out I can't even buy it. Feels like false advertising and a total waste of my time. I like shopping online, especially for health reasons that make it hard to stand in long lines at the store. This whole thing has been a huge letdown. The business seems so disorganized and can't seem to get orders right, which just isn't cool nowadays.
Trampoline missing parts
I bought a trampoline for Easter but it's missing half the parts, man. Customer service is awful, I tell ya. I've been wasting so much time on the phone and driving around only to get disappointed by the lack of stock checking. Hoping they'll give me a replacement trampoline.
Candy and clothing
Oh my gosh, you won't believe it, but I went to Kmart to grab some snacks and clothes because I was hungry and wanted to find something cute to wear. But then, when I went to pay, they were like "sorry, we're out of that candy" and I was like, seriously?? So then I had to pick something else to munch on. And then, I got an email saying they didn't have the clothes I wanted either, so I was really annoyed and just ended up canceling my whole order. Come on, Kmart, you've got to do better!!! That shopping trip was a major letdown. Maybe I'll just stick with Shein from now on, at least they always have it together.
New Store Experience
I ventured into this new store thinking I'd score some awesome finds, but man, it was a disaster! The first guy I chatted up had no clue what I meant when I asked for swimming togs. I mean, come on, that's like basic lingo, right? And then the checkout person was clueless about my rad payment apps. Seriously, not cool, dude! And to top it off, when I got home, my new gear still had those pesky security tags on them. Ugh, talk about annoying!
My fabulous unicorn pajamas 👚🦄
I bought these really adorable unicorn pajamas, but man, they were messed up when I got them home. I called customer service to try and get my money back, but I was on hold for what seemed like forever, only to be told they don't give refunds for defective bedding. How unfair is that? My little one just wanted to have a comfy new set of jammies, and now we're stuck with busted ones. I'm so let down by their service and how they treated us. Shame on you, store!
Online order issue
I tried to buy some things online, and the website said they had them in stock. But then, they canceled my order because they claimed they were out of stock. I called the store but they didn't pick up and even hung up on me. How rude! Then I reached out to customer service, but all they did was tell me to check availability, even though the site clearly said it was in stock. It's all so confusing and annoying!
