Font purchase for projects
I just bought some new fonts for my design projects and let me tell you, the options were amazing! The quality of the fonts really stepped up the vibe of my work. It was super easy to find exactly what I needed.
Webfont purchase
I bought a webfont from this website and, darn it, it didn't work right. I tried it on all sorts of devices and settings, but no luck. When I contacted MyFonts about getting my money back, they dodged it by suggesting a replacement of equal value. I was let down by this, especially since I followed their refund policy by reporting the problem within the set time limit.
Various fonts for my graphic design projects
I first checked out the website because they had a lot of fonts to choose from, but in the end, I was let down by the whole thing. The search tool needs to be better because I had a hard time finding what I wanted. Also, the checkout was kind of awkward and could be smoother for customers.
Webfonts
It seriously took me forever to figure out how to upload these fonts to my server! It was such a pain, definitely not user-friendly. I tried using all my coding skills, but it still wouldn't work. I really wish they had mentioned this before I bought the fonts. And to make things worse, they don't even offer refunds or any kind of help! That's just not cool at all. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Font purchase for professional documents
As a customer trying to find a specific font for my work documents, I got let down by this site suggesting fonts that just kinda looked like the one I wanted, probably just to make money. It really irritated me that when I searched for the font I wanted, I kept getting results that weren't it. I'd recommend folks steer clear of this website if they want real, spot-on font suggestions.
Spencerian fonts
I ordered the Spencerian Nightingale fonts. All of the upper case have the tops cut off. I am waiting to hear from MyFonts now (16 Oct 21).
