The designer is paid) a fixed one-time remuneration for a sold logo (?Success Fee?) and ii) a remuneration based on the subscription by a Customer (?Subscription Based Fee?). From time to time applicable Success Fee and Subscription Based Fee is displayed on the Site. The Success Fee is payable 30 days following the purchase of a logo by the Customer. The Subscription-Based Fee is payable 30 days after the receipt by NewGlue of the payment of the relevant subscription period from the Customer. Throughout the design process (using any Design Tools), Customers will be providing information to better create your End Product ("Customer Generated Content"), and the customer is responsible for all Customer Generated Content. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of Customer Generated Content; including however not limited to name, taglines, and details. NewGlue will not be held responsible for inaccurate information and any potential damages caused by Customer Generated Content and a Customer shall indemnify and hold NewGlue harmless from any claims attributable to Customer Generated Content. Offending Designer may be permanently restricted from holding an Account or using the Services. If NewGlue reasonably determines that your Account is being used for illegal or fraudulent activity, your Account may be immediately terminated. Payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe only. My agency was shut downed due to pandemic restrictions After nineteen months I reopened it But I didn't find that much quality what I was expected Yes this true quality and costing has its limit One opinion to share ,how you can leave everything on customers once details provided to designer Problem may be for customer in view of good ideas.
