International delivery of heavy boxes
I gotta say, I was super impressed with the service I got from Parcel Abc. I ordered 8 heavy boxes for international delivery and the support line operator was on point, keeping me in the loop the whole time. We had to work out a few kinks with the delivery, but their professionalism and quick response time really stood out. The delivery itself was crazy fast - my boxes made it from Budapest, Hungary to Arnstadt, Germany in just two days. That's quicker than I expected, and I appreciate the top-notch service. It's clear that the whole crew at Parcel Abc is busting their butts to make sure customers are happy, and I'm definitely one happy customer.
International shipping to Sweden
The customer service team over at Parcel ABC really came through for me when I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving the courier company. Even though the courier was being unclear and kind of rude, Michal really went out of their way to make sure my package got picked up and shipped without any issues. It was a pretty good experience overall, but the courier's attitude definitely put a damper on an otherwise smooth process.
Shipping worldwide, Discounted rates
I really like using this shipping service! They have the best rates for shipping packages worldwide. I live in the US and I send packages to Australia, the UK, Canada, and some countries in Europe. ParcelABC is always reliable with next day pickup for DHL, which is great! I love using their service and will keep using it. Their customer service is awesome too, always helpful when I have questions or need assistance.
Fragile content package delivery
The delivery service from this company went above and beyond! I had fragile items in my package and was so relieved to see that they were handled with care and arrived in perfect condition. They not only delivered on time but also went beyond my expectations. Even my picky mother was impressed with the level of service. I'm really thankful for the extra care they took in delivering my package.
Left iPad on a flight
The price was great compared to other places I checked out. I needed help getting my iPad back after leaving it on a flight, and Parcel ABC was so helpful. They even went back to pick up my package a second time at no extra charge because I forgot to include some documents. Thank you so much Parcel ABC!!!

The service here is awesome - fast and right on point. I definitely suggest it to everyone! It's my second time using it, and I'm happy with how helpful they are. The first time, they got my order to me super quickly, and this time, they helped me fix a mistake with the address I gave.

Send Boxes
This company is a rip off, they was giving me the long round with my package stating that they can't ship my product I told them to cancel and after I told them to cancel they was like oh we can ship your product with another company I was like no I want my order cancel because I don't feel safe with you now, they was like o they will picking your package today and you have to pay more for custom and we create a label, I was like I said to cancel my order and now they was like oh we have to charge you $62 for administration. BE AWARE F THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
Failed Collection and Lack of Communication

I had a terrible experience with ParcelABC. They were supposed to collect my shipment on June 8th, 2023, but they failed to do so without any explanation or communication.
I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they have been unresponsive and provided no assistance. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark regarding the status of my shipment.
I also contacted DHL directly, and they informed me that there are no records of any scheduled collection for my shipment. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable.
I paid for their services, and I demand a prompt resolution to this issue. They need to honor their obligations and collect my shipment as soon as possible.
I advise others to reconsider using ParcelABC for their logistics needs based on this experience.Punctual delivery
