    sage accounting software

    Although we had a rocky start trying to contact Sage customer service, they came through and helped me in a great way. I had just upgraded to a new sage product and I had lost all our invoicing templates. I contacted Sage customer support, via phone, for technical assistance on how to retrieve the missing invoicing template, and they were able to assist. I was impressed by Sage's customer service, they are knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Took them several hours to finally retrieve the invoicing templates -all this was done remotely. Impressive service. I hope I won't lose the templates again on my next upgrade.

She not only showed me the right download but also gave me login details to test out. She really went the extra mile by offering ongoing support via email, helping me try different versions until I could access all the needed data. Sarah's knowledge and commitment were really impressive, and I'm thankful for the awesome service from her and the team.

    Overloaded programme messages

    I keep getting all these messages about the program being overloaded. I've been using it for so long and usually I'm pretty satisfied with it. But today, I just couldn't handle it anymore, so I called them up. They told me they were aware of the issue and asked if I had called before. When I said no, they were like, "It's crazy you didn't call us sooner!" Seriously, Sage, this service is just terrible!
