sage accounting software
Although we had a rocky start trying to contact Sage customer service, they came through and helped me in a great way. I had just upgraded to a new sage product and I had lost all our invoicing templates. I contacted Sage customer support, via phone, for technical assistance on how to retrieve the missing invoicing template, and they were able to assist. I was impressed by Sage's customer service, they are knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Took them several hours to finally retrieve the invoicing templates -all this was done remotely. Impressive service. I hope I won't lose the templates again on my next upgrade.
Historical backup access
When I was trying to access some historical backups, I had some trouble with the recommended version. I asked for help and got connected with a tech rep named Sarah Mullin. She not only showed me the right download but also gave me login details to test out. She really went the extra mile by offering ongoing support via email, helping me try different versions until I could access all the needed data. Sarah's knowledge and commitment were really impressive, and I'm thankful for the awesome service from her and the team.
Query resolution
I just wanted to share that I talked to one of your agents about a question I had, and I was really impressed. The agent totally got what I was asking about and explained everything I needed to do in a way that was easy to understand. It was nice to chat with someone who really knew their stuff about the program. I feel much better and more confident about the help I got.
Lovely customer service
I gotta say, interacting with a customer service rep at this place was really something else. This lady, we'll call her Naomi, was super nice and patient, even though I don't know much about tech stuff and I'm not as young as I used to be. She really went out of her way to help me with a problem that didn't even have to do with what they sell.
Migration issue resolved
So, I was trying to move some stuff from one place to another, and it just wasn't working out. Thankfully, Gordon came to the rescue and helped me figure out what was going on, and now everything is finally sorted out! He even ran a test to double-check that everything was in working order. Big shoutout to Gordon for being such a great help!
VAT return assistance
I just gotta give a shoutout to the awesome support rep who really came through for me with my VAT return issues. I was seriously stuck on this for like a week, even spent my whole bank holiday weekend stressing about it. Their knowledge and patience were top-notch and I'm so grateful for their help. Kudos to them for the outstanding support!
Laptop repair
The technician, David, really took the time to explain what was going on with my laptop. It ended up being a pretty complicated issue, but he kept in touch and gave me updates until everything got sorted out. I was grateful for his hard work and for keeping me in the loop the whole time.
Overloaded programme messages
I keep getting all these messages about the program being overloaded. I've been using it for so long and usually I'm pretty satisfied with it. But today, I just couldn't handle it anymore, so I called them up. They told me they were aware of the issue and asked if I had called before. When I said no, they were like, "It's crazy you didn't call us sooner!" Seriously, Sage, this service is just terrible!
