I want to commend James Boatener for a job well done. I had two previous technicians come to to correct a problem. The first one fixed one problem but then my phone line would not work. Then a second person came to correct the phone problem and said the phones need to be changed! However, they were working prior to the first service call. The third technician, James, came in and solved the problem. He brainstormed until he found a solution. He is to be acknowledged for his professional performance and knowledge in his field.
