I've been using my prepaid lines for about 2 years now and they've been awesome. I switched over from Verizon to these prepaid lines when I moved to an area that needed AT&T coverage, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I haven't had any problems with my service and I've only had to reach out to customer service when I was transferring my numbers. The coverage has been really good and the prices are unbeatable. I definitely recommend these prepaid lines to anyone who wants a dependable and budget-friendly option.
Cheap back up line on AT&T
I had the absolute worst experience with their customer service. I was on hold for what seemed like forever just to ask a simple question. They messed up my account by removing my auto pay without even asking me. When I requested to speak to a manager, they flat out refused. Right now, I'm in the process of switching to a different company because dealing with their low rates just isn't worth all the stress. Take it from me, spare yourself the frustration.
Unauthorized charge issue
My experience with this company was terrible. They just went ahead and took money from my account without asking, and when I tried to get it back, they were so unhelpful and resistant. It honestly felt like they were trying to scam me, and I definitely regret getting involved with this company. I highly recommend that others stay away and avoid signing up for auto pay with them.
Recent service experience
I just got a new phone plan with this provider, and let me tell you, it's been a huge letdown. The network coverage is sketchy, the speeds are slow, and the calls keep dropping. I've tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but no one's been able to help me out. I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of response and the terrible service I've been getting.
