    On May 10, 2021, I order the package pcrepair (and by accident file recovery - which I got a refund for). However, the information listed to entice you to buy it did not say anything about 3 months subscription (usually it is 1 year). After 3 months my subscription expired. This is false advertising. I contacted Outbyte and they do not care since the time is expired. Yeah because I use pc repaire about once a month. So today when I went for clean-up it says expired. I have contacted Paypal to complaint about false advertising. I went back to the invoiced AFTER i had this problem and I had paid it, to see it says 3 months subscription.

    This is a very dishonest, underhanded company. I was searching for a Microsoft Mouse driver. Their website said I could download the driver, only to find out they renamed their software install file to make it look like a driver. When I clicked on it to install the driver, it installed their software instead.

    It then proceeded to scan my system without my permission and without the ability to cancel the scan. When it was finished, it proported to tell me all the drivers that were outdated. When I selected my mouse driver (which is what I wanted in the first place), it tried to make me pay $30 to get my driver. What a total joke and waste of my time. Completely deceptive.

    In small print, it then allows you to use only the "basic" version for one driver download. When you select that, it then opens up a browser and asks you to register. When you register, it then opens another window trying to get you to pay $50 for a 3 month subscription.

    So, in short, it DOWNLOADED software posing as a driver. It installed that driver, scanned my system without my permission, and then proceeded to try to sell me their software over and over, even under the guise of registering to get the driver I was looking for.

    I have made a recording of all of this and will be posting it on youTube to show everyone how dishonest this company is. I am certain they will contact me and tell me something about their "certification" or some such nonsense. But it doesn't change the FACTS that they are deceptive and dishonest. I will not do business with a deceptive company. But now, because I "Registered" to get the driver I was looking for, now they'll spam me nonstop and sell my email information. STAY AWAY from this scam of a company.

    I'm going to go find more review websites to tell everyone of their scam.

Copy and paste it in the window for a license key within the application. We also offer our users a choice of an automatic scan right after the installation is complete along with an option to cancel scanning process at any time. We hope this clarifies your issues and we can assure you that we care about our customers, whether they bought our app or not, and want to make sure every experience with our software is positive.     Done order and payment hours ago. Absolutely no response. Sent more messages. Nothing.
    Now wanting a refund. Still nothing.
