Cloud hosting services
As a customer at OVHcloud, I recently bought cloud hosting services for my business. At first, I had some trouble setting up my account and getting to the resources I needed. I tried reaching out to customer support in all different ways - I hit up their social media, sent support tickets, and tried live chat, but no luck. It wasn't until my seventh try that I finally connected with Kelsey Segerson from Sales. Kelsey really went the extra mile to understand my problems and worked hard to fix them. She was super dedicated and nice, and made sure to address all my concerns quickly and effectively. Because of Kelsey, my whole experience with OVHcloud turned around, and now I'm totally happy with the services they provide.
Game hosting dedicated server
Kelsey really came through for us when it came to finding a dedicated server for our game hosting needs. We were looking at a few options at first, but they were all too expensive. Kelsey didn't give up, though. Instead, she worked with her team to get us a dedicated server that not only met our performance needs but was also cheaper than what we were looking at before. Her dedication and commitment to finding the right solution for us were really impressive. We've been using OVHcloud for 3 years now for different VPS and Dedicated servers, and Kelsey's amazing service just proves why we keep choosing OVHcloud as our hosting provider. Unmetered bandwidth, unmetered DDoS protection, new hardware, live chat support
I've been really happy with the speed and connectivity over at the OVH Datacenter for my location. Their USA datacenter gives me unlimited bandwidth and DDoS protection, which has been super important for running my business smoothly. The new hardware they offer is the best priced compared to other providers, so it's a great deal for me. And whenever I've got issues, their live chat support team is top-notch - they always solve my problems in just a few minutes. Overall, I can say with confidence that OVH has fair prices, top-notch hardware, great service, and reliable networks, making them my go-to for all my hosting needs.
Migration from Canada to US datacenters
I recently moved from the datacenter in Canada to one of the newer locations in the US and it was a breeze, thanks to the amazing service from the staff. I contacted them with my inquiry and in no time, Bob Y. responded with a great plan. He was really quick to reply, communicated well, and made the whole process super easy. Bob really went out of his way to make sure my move was smooth and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for better help during this transition. The datacenter locations in the US really live up to their promise of top-notch service.
Dedicated server hosting
After checking out a bunch of other services, let me tell you, OVHcloud really takes the cake when it comes to performance and customer service. I've dealt with other companies, and none of them come close to the level of reliability and professionalism that OVHcloud brings to the table. The team, especially Michael N., has been super helpful and always there when I needed them. If you're not sure about who to pick for hosting, trust me, go with OVHcloud. They're top-notch.

The customer service rep, Bob, really knew his stuff! He had all the answers to my questions, even the technical ones about networking protocols. I was impressed by how much he knew about the services. Great job, Bob!
Cloud server purchase
I just bought a cloud server and had some problems setting it up. So I contacted customer service for help and got connected with this rep named Kelsey S. Let me tell you, Kelsey was a total lifesaver. She knew what she was doing, was super patient, and stayed chill the whole time. Even when we got disconnected, she called me right back and we picked up where we left off. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I've had with this company.
Bare Metal Servers
My time with the sales department was awesome! Kelsey was super helpful, always on top of things, and really nice. She knew a lot about the products and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. The equipment they gave me worked well and was speedy, plus the support team was quick to help with any questions. The DDoS protection they offer is top-notch, especially if you know your way around messing with firewall settings.
Single server purchase
I had a great experience getting a server! The guy I dealt with was really patient and took the time to find a server that fit my needs. It wasn't anything fancy, just a regular $150 server. He was super helpful and made everything run smoothly. And to top it off, they delivered the server in just a few hours, not days! They really went above and beyond to help me out.
Dedicated Servers Purchase
I just bought two dedicated servers and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the service I got. Adel Y., the customer service rep, knew his stuff and really helped us out. He got the servers set up fast and smooth. They were up and running in a jiffy and we haven't had any problems yet. All in all, I'm happy with how the servers are working.

I was totally blown away by how quick and easy it was to get what I needed from this company. Their website was so easy to use, and I found exactly what I was looking for without any trouble. On top of that, their customer service was amazing!
Cloud service purchase
Man, I just started using this cloud service and let me tell you, their support team is amazing. I'm still getting the hang of everything and they've been so patient with me. They didn't judge me or anything, even though I asked some pretty basic questions. I think I'll be sticking with them for a while.
Great service
OVHcloud US was amazing! Our account manager, Jeremy S., was incredibly helpful and made everything so simple. He was on top of everything from sales to billing to service delivery. Even after we got our services, he continued to provide excellent support. We are extremely satisfied with choosing them as our infrastructure provider!
