So, I ordered my phone about a year and a half ago and I wanted to write a review. When I first bought my phone, back on August 27, 2019, my phone came in a reasonable time frame (probably in a week). When I initially got my stuff, I had ordered a tempered glass protector, but it was not in the package. Smarter was going to send it again or give me a partial refund. I took the refund and I think I got a phone case instead with it. Cool. A couple days went by and I had noticed that my phone was a 6+ instead of the 6s+ that I had ordered. I sent my phone back and I probably got it back in two weeks. Am I satisfied with them? Yeah kinda. Were they timely? Meh. It seemed like a long process with the back and forth emails. When it came to calling they never picked up, so I sat there for a good 15-30 mins for nothing. I just find it kinda sketchy that their previous website got shut down right after I got my stuff. 🤷🏽♀️ Do what you will with this information. I hope this helps.
