Europe trip review
Man, that trip was awesome! We got to see so many cool historic sites with a good mix of guided tours and free time to do our own thing. The group vibe was great, and I ended up making some really good friends. It was nice to have some meals included, but also fun to pick our own dinner spots. The farewell dinner was a sweet way to end the trip. I’m already counting down the days until I can book my next adventure with this travel company.

I've been on quite a few adventure trips with this company and each time has been amazing. The destinations and schedules were fantastic, and I met some really fun fellow travelers too.
Bali trip satisfaction
I just went on my first trip with this travel company to Bali in January 2020 and man, let me tell you, it was quite a trip. Even though I missed my connecting flight and ended up getting to the group 14 hours late, the local guide made sure I got to the hotel safely. There were a couple things on the itinerary that I could've done without, but I liked being able to explore some extra places on my own time. Overall, I had a really good time and would definitely think about traveling with them again. Oh, and when my plans had to change because of the pandemic, the company refunded my deposit quickly and without any problems. And let's not forget about roommates - mine was pretty cool, but you never know with shared accommodations.
Great Britain tour
I booked a trip to England more than a year ahead of time, but man, it was a complete nightmare. The company totally dropped the ball on finding me a roommate that I could vibe with, so instead I ended up stuck with a boozed-up bigot who would keep me awake at night with her awful tirades. And don't even get me started on the tour leader - a real mess. They couldn't organize transportation or accommodations to save their life. The hotels we stayed in were lousy too, no AC in the middle of a heatwave, can you believe it? Trying to get a hold of the company or the tour leader was a joke - no reply to my calls or emails. All in all, this trip was a total disaster and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
Disastrous Group Travel Experience
This company was a complete mess from beginning to end. Our group's trip leader had no experience and didn't know what they were doing. Communicating with the company was a nightmare - they would say things like, "I can't deal with that right now, I'm eating my Chinese food." It was obvious that this company had no professionalism or organization. I would strongly recommend avoiding this trainwreck if you want a well-run trip. The owner dismissing valid criticism as fake just shows how incompetent they are.
Awesome trips with planned activities
Going on trips is a blast! You get to do cool activities and make friends who share your interests. I've been on a few trips and enjoyed every one. Excited for my next adventure!
Vacation booking
My experience with this travel agency was absolutely terrible. I booked a vacation through them and ran into so many problems during my trip. The hotels they said were 4-star turned out to be old and falling apart, with broken amenities, bad food, and staff who didn't act professionally. Nicole, the owner, didn't seem to care when guests got sick from the food or when we had other issues. She didn't respond to our concerns, just made excuses and tried to blame us for everything. Plus, they changed the schedule at the last minute without giving us any refund, leaving us feeling like we got swindled out of our money. The way this agency treated us was just awful, and it makes me wish I hadn't booked with them. I really don't recommend using this travel agency for any trips in the future.
Easy and heartwarming travel experience

New Years Eve trip
The last owner really knew how to make my travel experiences epic, but this new one is a total letdown. The New Years Eve trip I planned turned out to be a total disaster - the place we stayed was not even close to where we were promised, and dealing with no AC in Africa was just plain brutal. The ultimate slap in the face was finding out that the New Years eve events were still happening, but we were told they were canceled and moved back to the original spot. Such a deceitful move. I'm definitely not going to book with them again.
