London ,in fact not London This was curiosity about world famous river Thames Very very special for me I am from Hyderabad My country is river Ganges
I would like to thanks your team for wonderful arrangements and support during traveling all around the beautiful places of London. Cruise journey was very impressive Luxurious arrangements and helpful guide shared all useful informations I wish to know while travelling else already read so many things about this river
I would also like to share about buses ,it was look like I was traveling in open air ,everything around visible Easy ticket booking and boarding as well
I had no issues of money I spent for even some more I can pay.Hop on hop off bus tour purchase
The hop on hop off bus tour was a great way to check out the city and have the freedom to jump off and on at different spots. There were a few issues with broken microphones on a couple of buses, but the commentary in different languages was a good backup. The bus drivers could have been friendlier, but the live commentators kept things interesting and informative, which made the whole thing more fun. All in all, the tour gave a solid rundown of the city's top sights.
School Trip
We went on the best school trip ever with an awesome driver, Paul, and a really cool tour guide named Phil! They were both so nice and made sure we had a great time, even stopping for bathroom breaks. We got to sing on the bus and learned a bunch of cool stuff from Phil. Chillin' on the top deck was amazing, especially since it didn't rain! I had a blast and learned a ton about London. I really hope we can go on another trip like this soon!
Sightseeing bus tour
Even though the tour isn't cheap, it's understandable considering we're in a busy city like this. The staff was really great, and let's give props to the drivers for navigating through all the crazy traffic. Some people seem like they're hoping for a personal VIP experience, which might be a bit unrealistic. But all in all, Big Bus Tours is a solid option for folks who are short on time but still want to see everything.
Bus tour tickets
I suggest not spending your money on this bus tour. The commentary was such a headache that we ended up ignoring it altogether. Save your money and just catch a regular bus, sitting at the front on the top level for a more enjoyable experience.
All day sightseeing tour
I had a really bad experience on the all-day sightseeing tour. Even though I paid for all-day access, none of the places we visited accepted the ticket from the tour company, so I had to pay again each time. There was no tour guide, so it felt like we were just riding around on a bus with no idea where we were going or what we were seeing. Instead of learning about the sights, we had to listen to terrible music blasting from the speakers. The drivers weren't helpful either, and their language barriers made things even more confusing. The information on the website and flyers was totally misleading, and I felt like I got scammed. Definitely not worth the money.
London bus tour with friendly driver
I recently went on a bus tour in London with this really nice driver named Geraldine. She was seriously the friendliest driver I've ever had, and she knew everything about the city. The tour was amazing, we got to see so many beautiful spots in London. If you're thinking about exploring the city, I definitely suggest taking this tour.
96 pounds for 2 adults
I took my family on this tour and boy was it terrible! The seats were super uncomfortable, I was practically sliding off every time the bus came to a stop. The driver was totally chaotic, stopping in the middle of the road and letting people on and off like it was a free-for-all. And let me tell you about the different drivers - one didn't even announce the stops and the other was shouting them out like a madman at a fish market. On top of that, there was some drama with a street promoter arguing with another bus tour company, it was like a reality show unfolding before my eyes. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this mess, it's not worth your hard-earned money.
Big Bus Tours Rip-off
Big Bus Tours really took a lot of money from us to see London, but later on they let us know that we wouldn't be able to go all the way to our destination and that we'd be making some random stops along the way. That was super disappointing and annoying! I mean, if Big Bus can't handle their tours right, they should be upfront about it instead of tricking their customers. We totally felt ripped off and deceived.
Online ticket purchase
Yeah, I bought a ticket online for this cool bus tour, you know? And they were like, "Oh, you can put it on your phone and use our app to deal with it." But then when I got on the bus, they were like, "Oh, sorry, we actually need to see a physical ticket." What the heck, man?! It just made me feel ripped off and totally killed my mood, you feel me? Like, what's the point of having a digital ticket if it doesn't even work?
Combo pack purchase
I had the worst experience with the combo pack I bought, you know, it had a bus tour and a ticket for the London Eye. This one worker there was just awful. They lied about the type of ticket we had, gave us the wrong directions, and fed us a bunch of lies about how long we'd have to wait in line. It was so obvious that this person didn't care about making the customers happy and just kept on lying to us the whole time.
London tour experience
The London tour had a bunch of cool routes to check out different parts of the city at my own speed. But, man, I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with the customer service. The staff seemed more interested in pushing new tickets than helping out us folks who already paid. Their lack of hospitality and friendliness really brought down my whole experience.
Overpacked bus, poor commentary
The bus tour my partner and I took was honestly one of the worst I've ever been on. We were packed in like sardines with no chance to even hear the guide, let alone learn anything interesting about the city. The fact that they didn't limit the number of people getting on just made it all the more frustrating. It took forever to finally snag a seat, but then we had to endure a full hour of non-stop Beatles music with barely any actual info about the sights we were passing. The guide's attempts at humor just didn't land, and we left feeling like we totally wasted our time and money. Trust me, steer clear of this tour if you actually want to get to know the city.
One route ticket purchase
The tickets for that one route were so pricey! I had a hard time locating the bus stop on Regents Street which made me lose a ton of time. The live commentary was pretty good for the most part, but the new commentator had trouble speaking clearly and was tough to understand when we switched buses.
Sightseeing tour experience
At first, our sightseeing tour was fantastic. The tour guide gave us lots of interesting info along the way. But as the day went on, more staff from the tour company hopped on the bus. They started cussing and talking about personal stuff right in front of my kid and other children. It was a bummer to see them act so unprofessional, especially since I shelled out quite a bit for those tickets. I think they should remember to stay professional and be respectful of the passengers, even after their job is done.
Hop-on hop-off bus tour
The buses and drivers are great, really top-notch. They make sure you're comfortable and give you some good info along the way. But man, that pre-recorded audio commentary is just the worst. I miss hearing live commentary from the staff - it added a real personal vibe to the tour. Those so-called "comedians" on the recording? Not even a chuckle. And don't get me started on the non-stop music that doesn't tell you anything helpful. It really takes away from the whole experience.
