Recent vacation at a luxury resort
My recent vacation at a luxury resort was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect, with everything I needed - restaurants, pools, and fun stuff to do. I've been to a lot of resorts before, but this one really impressed me with its delicious food, awesome kids club, entertaining activities for the little ones. The beach views were just breathtaking, and it was so nice that the restaurants were air-conditioned - no more sweating while eating! I had an awesome time and I'm already looking forward to going back again.
Vacation at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun
We booked our vacation through BookVIP and stayed at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun. The hotel was in a great location, close to Isla Mujeres, and had awesome pools. We loved eating at La Casona Steak House and Davino Italian restaurant - the food was so delicious! We also got to visit the new Garza Blanca hotel, which was absolutely stunning. We can't wait to go back there for our next vacation!
Trip booking ease
I just gotta say, I booked two trips using this service and man, I was seriously impressed with how smooth everything went. My husband and I are always super busy with work, so having such an easy and fun booking process was a breath of fresh air. Using this service made planning our vacations way less stressful and so simple. I can't speak highly enough of them!
BookVIP is an ideal spot for online travel bookings
One can get the best vacation deals, products online from BookVIP in the desired or marked budget. If you are not sure about your trip, I find this place to trust with the quality and brand behind the travel packages.
I have had great deals past few years from here and I am so much happy to say that I completely recommend it to travelers.Book VIP review
I came across this website and it seemed really awesome with all these great vacation deals. I ended up purchasing a voucher for a hotel and was super pumped to go on a trip with my family. However, I stumbled upon some info suggesting that the folks behind it might have a sketchy past from another website. That freaked me out and I didn't want to risk losing my money, so I attempted to get a refund. Unfortunately, it was a struggle to get in touch with customer service as they never responded to my emails. Now I'm stressing about not getting my money back and missing out on my vacation.
Family vacation booking
This has got to be the absolute worst experience my family and I have ever had with a travel company. We planned this awesome vacation for February school break and forked over more than $2000 for ski passes and activities. And then, just a week before we were set to hit the road, BookVIP hits us with a cancellation call. Like, seriously? We even double-checked with the hotel, and they had rooms available - but now they were charging way more. It totally messed up our family trip and completely blew thousands of dollars. Such a major bummer.
Trip booking to Cocoa Beach Resort
I recently booked a trip to the Cocoa Beach Resort through this company thinking everything was all good. They told me my reservation was good for 18 months, and I even got emails and payment confirmations to back it up. But starting in October, I've been having all sorts of problems trying to actually secure my spot. I kept trying and getting confirmation, but now they're saying the resort is no longer an option through the company. This lack of clear communication and all this incorrect info has really ticked me off and let me down.
Disappointing experience
Man, let me tell you about this crazy situation I'm dealing with! I posted a bad review and out of nowhere, BookVIP is hitting me up, trying to smooth things over. They bring up this other company, Mosterrg, and they are all up in my business asking for personal info and my credit card details. So, I decided to do some digging online and all I found were a bunch of scary stories about Mosterrg. It's like going from one scam to another! Seriously, what kind of shady operation is BookVIP running?
Family vacation booking
As a single mom trying to save money, I was bummed to learn that I couldn't get those vacation deals because my income was too low. I think everyone should be able to take a trip without breaking the bank, no matter how much money they make. It's not right to leave folks out just because they can't drop a ton of cash on a fancy vacation.
Vacation package
This place is awful! They lie about everything! They claim to have 5-star resorts, but it's more like a 3.5-star place. That's not right, man. And all those fake reviews, like seriously, be honest with me! They also refuse to give refunds. So don't even bother calling them because you'll be stuck on hold forever. Such a waste of time and money. Ugh!
Qualification requirements for booking
Before you go ahead and try to book a vacation using this platform, you gotta meet certain requirements. Like, you need to be married or fit a certain age range if you're single, and make at least $75,000 a year. These rules are in place to nudge folks towards buying a timeshare. Even though you might not find this info online easily, it's super important to know about these qualifications before you go ahead with booking. That way, you can avoid any letdowns or feeling frustrated later on.
Not worth it
Man, it was terrible! I tried booking with them, but they couldn't get me what I was looking for. I even tried switching to a different spot, but they totally botched it. Now they don't want to refund my cash and are all about offering store credit instead.
BookVIP cash credits for hotel reservations
My experience with BookVIP left me feeling pretty let down. I thought buying their cash credits for hotel reservations would be a good idea, but it ended up being a bust. The website only let me book 2 and 3-star hotels, which just didn't meet my expectations. And on top of that, I couldn't even use all my credits on one reservation, which really narrowed down my choices. Honestly, I don't think the whole thing was worth it at all.
Tried to book a trip
I tried to book a really awesome trip with this place, but once I submitted my reservation, I got a message saying to call them right away. So, I gave them a ring, and they broke the news to me that my dates were all filled up and that I wouldn't be able to snag the special deal. Man, I should've paid attention to those negative reviews I came across. Oh well, time to find a different spot to book my trip!
Recent purchase experience
I had a really bad experience with this company that I think is linked to BookVIP. I bought something from them and it turned out to be a scam. When I tried to get help, they flat out denied any connection to BookVIP. I've already contacted my bank and Visa to dispute the charge.
