Recent trip Lake Louise to Jasper
I recently hopped on a bus from Lake Louise to Jasper in the winter, and let me tell you, it was a pleasant surprise. Even though there aren't many buses running this time of year, I managed to snag a spot on a comfy and picturesque trip. The bus was big and even had air conditioning, which definitely helped make the long ride more tolerable. The driver was super nice and made sure to stop at beautiful spots, taking care of us passengers. All in all, I totally suggest this bus service for anyone going between Banff/Lake Louise and Jasper.
Ladysmith family vacation
My kids were totally chill on the bus, which is super important to me whenever we travel. The bathrooms on board were pretty decent, and even though the WiFi wasn't great, my kids still had a good time. The driver was super nice and respectful, which made us feel really taken care of during the ride. His steady driving even made my kids doze off, which was a nice bonus. All in all, I was really happy with the service and will definitely book with this company again for our next trips.
Foreigner-friendly booking system
Busbud's booking system is super helpful for folks from out of town trying to find the best bus or car services. They give you all the info you need about departure and arrival spots, plus they throw in some maps to help you get around. One time, I had this driver who really went out of his way to pick up a lost passenger, showing some top-notch customer service. But, it wouldn't hurt to make sure the vehicles are always looking clean on the outside for a better overall ride.
Smooth ride, friendly busdrivers, okay seats, wifi password
Man, that bus ride was actually not bad at all. Everything went smoothly, the drivers were cool, and the seats were alright. But one thing that really got on my nerves was the whole wifi situation. Like, seriously, in this day and age, you’d think getting the password would be a no-brainer for new passengers. Not having that info made it a struggle to stay connected while on the road. It would’ve been great if they had told us about the password before we even got on the bus.
Emergency ticket change
I had plans to go from Kitchener to Toronto at a decent time, but out of nowhere, my bus time got switched up without even asking me. I was so caught off guard and like, "Seriously?!" I tried to get a refund because that was just not cool, but they initially said no. However, after I posted a review, they reached out and ended up giving me my money back. So, I guess it worked out in the end, but man, that whole situation was a crazy rollercoaster, no doubt about it.
Excellent customer service and driving
I had the best experience with this driver who really went out of his way to help me during my trip. His name was Ivan, and he was so friendly and went above and beyond with his customer service. I travel a lot, and it's been a while since I've been treated so well. I tried to give him a tip, but he wouldn't take it, which just showed me how dedicated he is to his job and giving top-notch service.
Travel experience satisfaction
My recent trip was really great. The services on board were awesome, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable. Seeing the beautiful scenery and wildlife like white tail deer and elk was a special highlight. Although, I suggest bringing your own food because the kitchen options were kind of limited. Overall, I had an amazing time and would totally recommend this service to others.
Quick ticket purchase
Ordering tickets was really easy, and believe it or not, the staff at the terminal were super nice and helpful. And get this - the pilot was so cool, making sure everyone was on board before taking off. It was such a nice change of pace!

I appreciate your management Number of options available Almost all leading Bus vendors included in class one service routes Most of them started from Miami airport terminal station as my destination was Orlando ,five hours journey ,comfortable seats ,clean and cool ,disciplined staff
This was my first journey by bus through Busbud company Overall I can say a great experience travelling by bus Prices are very much affordable At least I didn't found any issue either at the time of booking nor during journey This is always a matter of great appreciation someone there to take care of you and your belongings
