Private tour rip-off
I had the most insane experience. I booked a private tour, shelled out hundreds of dollars, and guess what? The guide straight up ghosted me. Such a waste of money and time. The customer service was terrible and they completely lacked professionalism. No way am I ever using this company again.
No tour guide
I was so pumped to see the Eiffel Tower and have a cool tour, but guess what? Our guide totally ghosted us! We waited forever, checked with security, nothing. Tried calling and messaging, crickets. And then they had the audacity to accuse US of not showing up! Rude, right? Definitely going to get a refund and next time, I'll just buy tickets on my own. Not messing with this company or the booking site again.
