    Mixed feelings about Fever

    I recently started using Fever and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. The app itself is really user-friendly and easy to navigate. I especially love the recommendations feature, which suggests events and experiences based on my interests and past bookings.

    One of the best things about Fever is the variety of events they offer. There's always something new and interesting to check out, whether it's a concert, a cooking class, or a wine tasting. And the tickets are usually reasonably priced, too.

    I also appreciate that Fever makes it really easy to book and manage my tickets. All of my bookings are stored in one place, so I can easily keep track of everything I've got planned. Plus, the customer service is top-notch. I've had to reach out to them a few times with questions and they've always been quick to respond and helpful.

    Overall, I'm really happy with my experience using Fever. It's definitely made it easier for me to find and book fun events and experiences.

    Mistaken purchase rectified

    The customer service I got was really top-notch. I goofed up with a purchase and needed to fix it, and they were right on it. They gave me a voucher to make things right, and the instructions on how to use it were super easy to follow. Thanks to their quick action, I got new tickets for the event I wanted to go to that night, so I could catch the candlelight performances I was looking forward to. Sandra was especially awesome in her emails, super helpful and quick to reply. Overall, I was really happy with how they helped me out.

    Event tickets purchase

    I bought tickets for an event on this platform and got a little confused about the event's status. When I was checking out the site, I saw that instead of saying "tickets sold out" for events that were full, it just said "event has ended", which worried me unnecessarily. But I contacted customer service for help and Jose helped me out. He quickly let me know that the event was still on and my ticket was good to go. Thanks to Jose, I feel much better about going to the event in a couple of weeks.

    Monet Immersive tickets

    I messed up and bought tickets for the Monet Immersive exhibition on the wrong date from the website. I ended up accidentally purchasing tickets for the wrong day because the transaction still went through, even though I didn't finish it. So now, I've got two sets of tickets for the same event. I contacted customer service and asked if I could get a voucher to swap out the original tickets, and they were totally cool with it.

    My time with Fever's customer service team was really great. Even though things weren't going my way, they were so understanding and helpful. They really went out of their way to assist me.     Candlelight performance tickets

    I have to say, I was really impressed with how fast and helpful the service was when I bought the wrong tickets by mistake. This guy, Ricardo, was super nice and gave me clear directions on how to use the voucher I got. Because of him, I got the tickets I needed for the evening show and got to see the candlelight performances I was so excited about.

    Dining in the dark

    DENIED REFUND
    I purchased a dining-in-the-dark event in Fort Lauderdale, I sent the specs that I have shrimp allergies, but they didn't inform the restaurant (Sushi By Bou), according to the manager. The manager confirmed that Fever never sent my request. I asked for the reimbursement, but they denied it after 2 weeks and many calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND
