My Experience with Flydubai
I am an avid traveler and have used flydubai on numerous occasions for both leisure and business trips. From the moment I book my flight, I always appreciate the ease and convenience of flydubai's website and mobile app. The booking process is straightforward and allows me to select my preferred seat and add any extra services I may need.
The check-in process is also quick and seamless, either through the app or at the airport. The staff are always friendly and helpful, ensuring a stress-free start to my journey.
On board, I have always been impressed with the comfort of flydubai's fleet of Boeing 737s. The seats are spacious and offer ample legroom, making for a comfortable flight. The in-flight entertainment system is fantastic, with a range of movies, TV shows, games, and music to choose from.
The food and drinks available for purchase on board are also good quality and reasonably priced. The flight attendants are always attentive, offering a high level of service to all passengers.
Arriving at my destination, I have always found that flydubai operates a smooth and efficient disembarkation process, allowing me to make the most of my time in my destination.

During our recent flight, my son got sick and I was really impressed by how caring and helpful the folks from the airline were. As soon as I saw he wasn't feeling well, I asked for help, and they were right there to assist, which stopped things from getting worse. Their fast reaction and comforting demeanor really calmed me down in a tough moment. I'm so grateful for their help and will definitely be choosing this airline for our next trips.
Recent business trip to Dubai
The airline had a really good flight schedule for my business trip from Kiev to Dubai. The service was decent, nothing amazing but not bad either since it's a budget airline. I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Anie at the check-in counter for letting me bring my 2kg extra luggage, that was super nice of her. Thanks again!
Dubai to Doha flight, damaged baggage
My luggage got destroyed at the airport, so I let the airline know. It took them 2 weeks, but they ended up sending me replacement bags. Shoutout to the airline for coming through!
Long-haul flight
My recent long-haul flight was a complete letdown. The seats were so cramped that it was basically impossible to get comfortable during the 7 hour and 45-minute trip. And guess what? I had to pay extra just to watch TV on the flight. On top of all that, they didn't even offer free drinks, and there wasn't enough food for everyone. And to make matters worse, there was no water in the bathroom to wash your hands. All in all, this flight was far from enjoyable, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Flight reservation from Kuwait to Dubai
I just booked a flight from Kuwait to Dubai, and boy was it a disaster! My flight got cancelled and delayed for a whopping 10 hours. Because of this mess, I ended up missing my connecting flights to Paris and then on to Brest. I had to fork out more money for another ticket on Gulf Air just to finally get where I was going. This whole ordeal ended up costing me a ton of cash. And to top it off, when I tried to get some kind of compensation from the airline, they gave me the cold shoulder and said they weren't responsible. Can you believe that?
Delayed flight, poor communication
I had such a terrible experience with this airline. My flight from Dubai to Krabi was delayed and they didn't even bother to let us know beforehand or give us updates. I had to spend the night sleeping on the hard airport floor because they didn't provide any accommodation. And to make matters worse, the staff straight up lied about the reason for the delay. They said the runway in Krabi was closed, but I could clearly see other flights landing just fine. This lack of honesty and transparency is just not okay. It's really disappointing.
Flight rescheduled last minute
Our return flight from vacation got rescheduled last minute, adding a whole extra day to our trip. It was a total disaster and completely messed with our travel plans. We won't be flying with this airline for future trips.
Connecting flight baggage mishap
Flydubai messed up and didn't handle our checked bags for our connecting flight, so we had to rush like crazy to make it in time. They didn't communicate well with the other airlines, so we ended up stuck in Dubai with no bags. I wouldn't recommend Flydubai for connecting flights because of security and quality issues.
Airline experience
This has definitely been the worst airline experience I've ever had. I wouldn't even suggest flying with them to my worst enemy. The delays were so frustrating, customer service was practically non-existent, and the prices were way too high for all the trouble. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reliable airline.
Cancelled flight, rebooked with delay
They actually went ahead and canceled my in-law's flight without even giving me a heads up, then went on to rebook them 2 days later! Can you believe it? So my in-laws were basically stranded in Dubai for like 19 hours after what was supposed to be a 7-hour flight! When I complained, customer service initially offered some compensation, but guess what? They ended up taking it back. Ridiculous, right? Definitely the worst airline I've ever dealt with, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Flight experience feedback
My recent experience with the airline was really disappointing. The staff acted unprofessional and seemed unprepared to deal with basic issues. There was this one time when they made an older person feel confused and asked unnecessary questions. And not having terminal tunnels in some areas made it really inconvenient for people who needed special help, like those in wheelchairs. All in all, I wouldn't suggest flying with this airline because of the below-average service and all the trouble it could cause.
Flight cancellation voucher
My recent experience with the airline really disappointed me. I had a flight booked from Dubai to Salalah, but they told me just 2 days before I was supposed to leave that the flight got canceled. And then, to make things even worse, they only offered me a voucher for a refund, which I don't see myself using anytime soon in their network. The customer service team couldn't help me out any further, saying their hands were tied due to company policy. This whole thing has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be flying with them again in the future.
Business trip to Dubai
My experience with this airline was such a letdown. I've been trying to get a refund for over 2 years now and after lots of back and forth emails with their customer service, we finally came to an agreement. But then, just a few weeks ago, they totally backed out on their offer and told me they could only refund 10% of what we had agreed on because of a mistake they made. It's super unprofessional and unreliable. They've really shown me that they can't be trusted.

I recently bought some plane tickets to go from one place to another, but I didn't get any confirmation after I paid. I've been trying to contact customer service a bunch of times, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten a refund for the tickets that never showed up. It's really irritating to fork over money for something and then have no idea what's going on or how to fix it.
