    A Positive Experience with Hilton Hotels - Great Customer Service and Amenities

    As a client of Hilton, I have had many positive experiences with the company. The customer service is always top-notch and the amenities offered at their hotels are top-notch. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that my stay is pleasant. I also appreciate the rewards program and the frequent traveler benefits, which make it easy for me to earn and redeem points for free stays. Overall, I highly recommend Hilton for anyone in need of a hotel stay.

    Amazing stay at a fancy hotel

    I recently stayed at this awesome hotel that was close to a canal, the city, and trains. The staff there were so friendly and made me feel really welcome. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet made by the chef. They also had a buffet for all you buffet fans. Angie and the team in the breakfast room were super nice and made sure everyone had a great experience. I noticed other guests having a great time as well. I definitely suggest checking out this place if you're in the city.

    Cancelled Hilton stay

    So, check this out - we had this sweet plan to stay at a fancy hotel over Easter, but then boom, covid-19 messed it all up and we had to cancel. Hilton was seriously awesome about it though! They totally let us cancel and get our money back even though we had booked a room that was supposed to be non-refundable. Their customer service was on point and you better believe I'll be booking with them again once things go back to normal. Huge shoutout to Hilton for handling it so well!

    Hotel Stay at Frankfurt Airport

    I stayed at a hotel near the airport in Frankfurt not too long ago and it was a really good experience. The only hiccup was when my fiancée left her jacket in our room as we were leaving. When I reached out to the hotel from the US, they were super helpful and quick in getting the jacket back to us. Yvonne, the Front Desk Operations Manager, went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service at this hotel really blew me away.

    Spa day booking at a hotel

    I recently planned a spa day with some friends at a popular hotel. Sadly, our reservation got mixed up at first and the staff weren't very helpful in fixing it. Even though we eventually got it sorted out, our time there wasn't great. The spa didn't have a dedicated area for chilling out, and the pool was jam-packed with kids' swimming classes, making it loud and crazy. Plus, there weren't many spots to relax, as parents hogged the few available chairs by the pool. On top of that, we weren't allowed to have afternoon tea at the hotel while still in our robes. The 30-minute treatment we booked turned out to be only 20 minutes, cutting our day short. Basically, a fun day with friends turned into us leaving early at 1.30pm. It was a major letdown, and we won't be going back or telling others to go there, that's for sure.

    Anniversary celebration trip

    We had a bit of a rough start with some delays, but it ended up being a really memorable trip. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Kayla Anderson for making our 25th anniversary so incredibly special. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Kayla, you are absolutely amazing and Hilton is so lucky to have you on their team!

    I was really let down by my stay at that hotel the other night. Found out it's connected to a sketchy spot where human rights violations are happening. The idea of supporting a place making money off the suffering of others didn't sit right with me. I think businesses need to do the right thing and put ethics before profit.

    Afternoon tea experience

    I gotta tell ya, my visit to the hotel's afternoon tea service was a real letdown. The whole vibe in the tea room was off - it felt more like a gloomy hallway than a cozy spot for a nice cuppa. And don't even get me started on the food. The finger sandwiches were bland and tasted old, the scones were dry as a bone, and the cakes looked like they came from a factory. And to top it off, the tea was barely warm. Overall, not the relaxing tea time I was hoping for.

    Stay at Hotel

    My recent stay at this hotel was a total disappointment, mainly because of the terrible customer service I got. I got charged for random stuff, even though I didn't buy anything. I tried calling the hotel and even reached out to Hilton, but they haven't given me back my money yet. On top of that, the prices at the bar were crazy high and the drinks were awful. I'm so let down by this whole experience that I've decided I won't be staying at any Hilton hotels again.

    Canceling Order

    I tried to cancel my hotel reservation online, and man, it was a real pain. I ended up having to call up the hotel in Knoxville to cancel it over the phone. But get this - I still got charged for the room on my credit card! The person I talked to on the phone acted like they had no clue about my cancellation. Seriously, can you believe that? Now I gotta fight tooth and nail to get my money back. Ugh, sounds like they're really hurting for cash over there.

    Overnight stay at a hotel in Downtown Tampa

    My recent stay at a hotel in Downtown Tampa was really disappointing. I'm a loyal member of their rewards program, but the service was not up to par. They gave me a room right by the elevator, so it was super loud all night and I couldn't get any rest. Plus, getting basic stuff sent to my room took forever and a bunch of calls. The people at the front desk and security were no help at all and didn't seem sorry for all the trouble. Overall, my time at this hotel wasn't great, so I'd recommend avoiding it.

    Overnight stay in Princeton

    I stayed at a hotel in Princeton, NJ recently and it was not great. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to care that I was there. The customer service wasn't great either, it left a lot to be desired. The room was okay at best, but the carpets were dirty and the walls were thin so I didn't have much privacy. On top of all that, the prices at the convenience store were outrageous. I definitely wish I had picked a different hotel.

    They claim to have a price match guarantee, but they never bother to verify reservations and always request incomplete screenshots. I gave it a shot last time and had no luck, so frustrating!

    Training course stay

    My time at the hotel for my 9-day training course was pretty disappointing. The noise there was crazy loud, doors slamming all night long, which made it impossible to sleep well. The staff was okay, but Michelle from the evening team really stood out with her friendly and pleasant attitude. If I have to come back here for another training course, I'll definitely choose a different hotel.

    Hotel stay at Plano

    My stay at the hotel in Plano was terrible. I used to travel a bunch for work back when I had a 9-5 job, and I'd usually stay at Hilton hotels. But this time, when I asked for some extra towels at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Plano, the staff just told me to go down to the front desk and ask there. They were so unwelcoming! I ended up requesting a refund for 3 of the 5 days I was there, but even reaching out to Corporate didn't do anything to fix the issue.

    My recent stay at a hotel in Leeds

    The hotel accommodations were pretty disappointing. There wasn't even any free water for guests, and the breakfast choices were lacking - they only had a tiny banana, a small orange, and a mediocre burger. Customer service wasn't great either, had some trouble reaching the front desk. Basically, there's a lot of room for improvement here.
