    Stay at fancy hotel

    I recently stayed at this really fancy hotel, but guess what? They didn't even provide us with water! Isn't that crazy? They told us we had to sign up for some club to get free water, so I did, only to be told later on that I couldn't have any after all. What a total rip off! Plus, I specifically booked a room with a view of the canal, and all I got was a view of the parking lot. So disappointing, ugh!

    Hilton Bomonti Istanbul stay

    My stay at the Hilton Bomonti Istanbul was terrible. I've stayed at nice hotels before, but this one was a letdown. The person at the front desk told me they couldn't accept my payment card, even though their website said otherwise. Then they tried to blame me, which wasn't fair. Another staff member even had the nerve to say I looked tired, which was pretty rude! No one bothered to tell me how to find my room or even what time breakfast was. The bathroom mirror was broken, the windows were dirty, and the room service staff didn't bother giving me my change back. It was such a lousy experience that I didn't feel like a valued guest at all. I definitely want a refund!

    Drink at a hotel on the evening of May 8th

    I had a pretty disappointing experience at the hotel on the evening of May 8th. My family and I were just enjoying our drinks when, out of nowhere, the waitress brought over our bill without us even asking for it. When I asked her about it, she said they do that when the hotel gets busy, even though there were only two other tables with people. I thought it was really rude and uncalled for, the way they treated us like that.

    I stayed at this hotel recently and man, it was a disaster. First thing, they had these huge TVs in the rooms but couldn't figure out how to connect to the internet to watch anything besides daytime TV. I mean, what's the point of having a "SMART" button on the remote if it doesn't even work? It's like they did it on purpose. Terrible. And then, my room ended up flooding after a shower, and they wouldn't even bother to move me to a different room. The service was just awful. And let me tell you, the room service menu was so limited, might as well just order takeout. Definitely not worth the time or money.

    Dirty Spa experience

    I went to the spa at this hotel recently and it was a total letdown. Even though the location was nice, the spa itself was a mess. The floors were super slippery, which was dangerous. The staff didn't seem to care at all about the safety hazard. I saw people, including myself, slip and fall on the floor. The jacuzzi hadn't been working for months, and the pool was not only dirty but also unsafe. It was annoying to pay for services that were not taken care of properly and for staff who were stuck-up and mean. The assistant manager was the worst, he was rude and didn't seem to care about the customers. He even made false accusations against some clients, creating a really unfriendly atmosphere. Overall, the whole experience was a huge disappointment and just not okay.

    Reservation at a hotel in Newcastle

    I couldn't make it to my hotel reservation in Newcastle in January because I had a medical emergency that put me in the hospital. The Revenue Manager, Dan Walker, wouldn't waive the fee for my reservation, and instead told me I had to come back and stay in order to not be charged. I thought that was unfair and not okay. Plus, when my train got cancelled on the day I was supposed to stay, they still charged me without giving me any heads up or a receipt. It was a letdown, and I recommend steering clear of this hotel.

    Exceptional hotel experience in Calgary

    My stay at the hotel in Calgary was fantastic. The staff there was so amazing - from the front desk folks who were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, to the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the hotel. The bathrooms were big and modern, completely surpassing any other hotel I've ever been to. I can't wait to go back and stay there again on my next trip to Calgary.

    Stay at a hotel near Kew Gardens

    I just stayed at a hotel near Kew Gardens and, man, let me tell you, I was blown away once again by how beautiful everything was and how great my time there was. The rooms on the bottom floor that opened right up to the lawns were amazing, especially being so close to the kids' indoor play area. Oh, and the restaurant at the hotel was top-notch - they were super cool about my allergies. All in all, my stay was super enjoyable and definitely one to remember.

    Points not credited for food and beverage consumption

    As a dedicated Gold member of the frequent guest program, I've been having a really tough time getting my points for the food and drinks I've bought at the hotel. Even though I've sent in all the paperwork they need, the Hilton Honors Customer Care team has been super unprofessional. They just keep making excuses and not delivering on their promises. It's really frustrating and disappointing how long it's taking to fix this problem.

    Worst customer service ever

    OMG, I can't even deal with how terrible it was. First, you have to chat with a bot before getting to a real person! And then they expect you to call this number that charges a ton if you're not in the US, and the call keeps getting disconnected after 5 minutes. It's crazy!

    Hotel stay in Oklahoma City

    During my recent stay at the hotel in Oklahoma City, I had a pretty good time. The suite I stayed in was nice and tidy, and the people working there were really professional and ready to help with anything. We did have a bit of a problem with a broken toilet in our first room, but the staff fixed it right away and moved us to a different room without any trouble. The second room also had a toilet issue, but once again, the staff was quick to respond and moved us to a new room. Despite these little hiccups, the rest of our stay was smooth-sailing and I enjoyed it overall.

    At 3:30, this lady was so rude and just told me to use Uber Eats instead. And get this, I asked for a gluten-free roll since I'm coeliac and they just flat out said no. I mean, what kind of hotel doesn't have gluten-free options, right?

    breakfast experience

    I went to this hotel for breakfast and let me tell you, it was so awful. The eggs were all scrambled instead of fried, the black pudding was like eating plastic, and the bacon was just gross. The sausages were also really bad and the fruit was all mushy. The only decent thing was the coffee. We paid way too much for such bad food. I complained to the front desk and they had better do something about it. Definitely not worth it!

    Room booking experience with breakfast included

    I just booked a room that came with breakfast, but at check out, I got charged for the breakfast even though it was supposed to be included. The front desk said sorry for the mistake but couldn't fix it. And to top it off, the breakfast was pricey and not good. Oh, and don't get me started on the pool - it was dirty with hair and bugs floating around.

    Dusty room, broken glasses, faulty coffee machine, sticky shower buttons, noisy lifts

    I had a really bad time at the hotel. I asked for a room without dust because of my allergies, but the room was super dusty. When I told the front desk about it, they just gave me a rag to clean it myself. On top of that, there were broken glasses, a coffee machine that flooded the counter, and sticky buttons in the shower. The room was not clean or taken care of properly, and it was not okay.

    Stay at fancy hotel

    Oh my gosh, last night was the worst! We shelled out extra cash for a fancy suite, but we had a rat in our room! It startled me awake in the middle of the night, and we had to relocate to a regular room with my family. The kids were upset and frightened, it totally spoiled our anniversary. The staff was kind, but the manager was no help. I'd recommend avoiding this place if you have little ones, they just don't understand.

    Two-Bedroom Suite reservation

    The Two-Bedroom Suite we booked was supposed to come with a view of certain landmarks, but when we got there, we realized it was actually facing the river. We tried reaching out to customer service and the hotel, but we didn't get a good response or a fix. It's frustrating to be tricked by misleading ads and not get any help when you're trying to sort things out.
