Keytours: Just Ok
I recently used Keytours for a vacation to Europe and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The booking process was straightforward and the prices were competitive. I especially appreciated the detailed information provided about each of the activities and attractions included in my package.
One thing that stood out to me was the helpfulness of the customer service team. I had a few questions before my trip and they were always quick to respond and assist me.
On the trip itself, everything went smoothly. The hotels were clean and in good locations, and the included activities were top-notch. I would definitely use Keytours again for future travel plans.
Overall, I had a great experience with Keytours and would recommend them to others. The only downside was that there were no physical stores, so everything had to be done online or over the phone. But this wasn't a major issue for me.
