    I recently had a bad experience booking a flight with this airline. My friend and I paid extra to pick our seats, but they changed them last minute without telling us. We didn't get our extra money back, and then they wanted to charge us more to pick new seats. It's not fair to treat customers like that, especially when the seats we wanted were still open. Others got to pay for them instead. This kind of dishonesty and bad customer service is not okay.

    Recent flight experience

    My recent experience flying with this airline was a total letdown. I had a trip that involved hopping on a few flights with them, and the service was just awful. Even the quick flights didn't have much to eat - all they offered was water. And the meals on the longer flights were so small, they looked like they were meant for kids. It was honestly pretty funny how a big airline like that could mess up meals so badly. And to make matters worse, they had the meal times all mixed up - like serving breakfast at 2 am on a flight that lands at 7 am! No wonder other budget airlines like Ryanair and Easyjet seem like a better choice.

    I was seriously ticked off when they decided to stop handing out meals during flights. And to top it off, they hiked up the prices, which just made me even more frustrated. Not to mention, if you run into any issues with your flight, forget about getting any help from them. I was stuck on hold for what felt like an eternity while trying to switch my flight. Their chatbot is completely useless most of the time, and when it does work, it just redirects you to the phone line. But when you call the phone line, it tells you to go back to the chatbot. It's like a never-ending cycle of frustration!

The customer service people totally fed me false info over the phone, which just left me totally confused and annoyed when I got to the airport. And then, when I tried to complain about it, I heard nothing back - making me feel like I got played.

    Frequent flyer, European destinations, flights delayed

    As someone who flies out of Frankfurt a lot to different spots in Europe, I've been seeing a lot more flight delays lately. Ever since the pandemic hit, it seems like the airline is having a hard time keeping things on track like they used to. Almost every flight I've been on lately has been late, which is a real pain and makes traveling more of a headache. It's worrisome to see this happening so often, and I really hope the airline can figure out what's going on and fix it.

    Last minute flight changes, poor service, lost luggage

    This airline is a total nightmare. They totally messed up my flights at the last minute, added an extra stop, and even lied about turbulence just to avoid serving dinner on a super long flight. I was left hungry, thirsty, and super annoyed due to the lack of food and water. And if that wasn't bad enough, my luggage never got to where it was supposed to go. Their customer service was just terrible, with canned apologies and no real concern when I tried to speak up about the problem. I am so furious at how incompetent and uncaring this airline is.

    Recent Fort Myers trip, rebooked flight

    My recent experience with the airline was so disappointing. We had actually booked a trip to Fort Myers with a layover in Frankfurt, but they switched our return flight without even asking us. We had paid for and picked out seats for the original flight, but when they changed things up, we lost our seats and they didn't help us out or give us any kind of compensation. I've tried calling customer service on the 28th of February, 6th of March, and 12th of March to get a refund, but I haven't heard back from them at all. And to top it off, when our bags got delayed, the airline said they wouldn't help us out because I hadn't given them all the info they needed, even though I called multiple times to make sure they had everything. Plus, on the way there, they forgot to give food to our kids because they said I only booked meals for the adults. The lack of communication and bad customer service from this airline has really let me down and I'm feeling super frustrated.

    Lost Luggage Fiasco

    What a mess! We booked a bunch of flights with this airline, only to end up without our luggage for a full two days. We tried to find it, but the staff was no help at all and we didn't even have a reference number to go off of. Turns out, one of our three bags was totally gone and the airline had no clue until we mentioned it. This whole thing completely ruined our carefully planned year-long vacation, making us waste two whole days waiting around for info that never showed up. Flying with this airline was an absolute nightmare.

    Overweight luggage charge

    As someone who travels a lot, I gotta say I've never dealt with such tight rules when it comes to carry-on bags. The airline I flew with last time not only checked the weight of my carry-on and backpack, but also made me fork over an extra 100 euros to check in my carry-on as regular luggage. That surprise fee just made things more stressful and expensive for me. And to top it off, the flight ended up being delayed, making the whole situation even more frustrating.
