Miramar Group are one of the best advisory firms I have ever known. A way back due to some company issues, my close friend suggested to go for investment bankers but apparently advisory firms seem like. Their advice is something really helped my firm to go through a successful merger with another giant company. It was profitable and made sure that I get the best out of it.
Most of time you can't trust some random corporate lawyer or just leave things hanging.
I decided to take things on my hand.
Luckily Miramar backing me up with their best adisors in the city.
