Booking process
I recently booked a vacation rental online and got some confusing confirmation emails. Right after booking, I got three emails from a different company confirming my reservation at a different price than what I agreed upon. That definitely got me worried about being scammed. I reached out to the company sending the emails, but they said they weren't handling the money side of things. Feeling frustrated and unsure, I called the original website and got a hold of a guy named Darryl. Darryl straightened things out for me, said the extra emails were sent by mistake, and confirmed the right price for my reservation. With Darryl's help, I was able to finalize my booking and pay the deposit without any problems. Despite the mix-up at first, I was happy with how things got resolved and thankful to Darryl for helping me out.
Friends weekend away
I've been working with my friends to plan a weekend trip for next year, and let me tell ya, it's been quite the ordeal trying to figure out when everyone's free and what everyone wants to do. But after a bunch of emailing back and forth, we were able to finally get everything squared away and put down the deposit today. And I gotta give a major shoutout to Jacqueline over at the place we booked through. She was so patient with all my questions and really made the whole process a piece of cake. She was super quick to respond and made sure every little detail was taken care of. Seriously, Jacqueline, you're the best!
villa booking on Oliver's Travels
I had organized a girl's trip to Chateau Camelot but had to look for an alternative last minute because the company I had used didn't make our reservation on time. Oliver's Travels helped us find an alternative villa for me and my girls. What could have been the worst girls' trip ever ended up being the best time we've spent together so far, thank Oliver's Travels. Booking on the Oliver's Travels online platform was easy. Customer service was at hand to handle our queries. Thank you Oliver's Travels! I do recommend Oliver's Travels to all looking to book accommodation for their vacation.
Luxury vacation booking
My experience booking a fancy vacation through this company was fantastic. The service was outstanding, the concierge was super helpful, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Atarra Preston was especially great at making sure all my needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently. As an older customer who sometimes needs a bit more assistance and explanation, I really valued the attention to detail and care they showed. I can't recommend them enough for anyone wanting to book a luxury vacation. Thanks for the amazing service!
rented a lodge located in Loch Lomond
I booked a lodge in Loch Lomond for me and my kids and the greenery scenes exceeded our expectations. I enjoyed the golf course while the kids ventured into the garden. Although it was far from the airport and the Wi-Fi was down, the kids enjoyed the garden, we used the hot tub every night and the other amenities provided.
Struggled with payment but good customer support team!
We struggled with the payment process because the webpage kept crashing on my phone. However, the customer service team helped us shortly after and answered all our questions about upsizing the villa and the free concierge they provided. We recommend using a computer to book your villa instead of your phone.
Stay at Kirdford Farm
Our stay at Kirdford Farm was fantastic! The house was stunning and the property was very well taken care of. My grandkids were bummed they couldn't play tennis because of the moss treatment, but they had a blast in the play area. We skipped the Dairy because of the strong oil/varnish smell, but the main house was super cozy for us. It had everything we needed, making our stay super easy. The fireplace was our favorite part, perfect for chilly nights. The lady who welcomed us and the caretaker were so nice and helpful during our stay.
Elegant villa booking
Don't hesitate to book your next luxurious vacation with this company. The service was incredible the whole time. Our concierge, Zuzana Quattrocchi, was amazing, she took care of everything and made sure our trip to Madeira was absolutely perfect. The villa in Funchal was even better than we expected, and the special requests we made were handled perfectly. I really can't recommend this company enough.
Villa booking experience
Even though we haven't started our vacation yet, I have to say that booking was a pretty good experience overall. It was a little annoying to find out that the dates we wanted for our villa were already taken, even though they were shown as available online. But Chiara from customer service was amazing! She answered all our questions quickly and with useful information, making sure everything went smoothly.
Vacation house booking
The lady who helped us out, Adelaide, was awesome at replying fast to all our questions and made sure we got the house we were aiming for. I was a bit disappointed though that the bed details weren't very clear. You know, in the UK and Europe, a "double" bed doesn't mean the same thing as it does in the USA. It'd be great if they could be more specific about that in their listings.
Booking process
Overall, booking was really easy and convenient. I liked being able to hold a booking while I was sorting out details with others in my group. Plus, it was great to be able to ask questions and get a quick call back from someone on the team who knew the property well.
Booking assistance and coordination
I just worked with the team at this company to get everything sorted out for my booking and payments. Atarra and Daryl really knew their stuff and were super helpful. They even went the extra mile to introduce me to the property manager and set up transportation for my guests, making sure our trip went off without a hitch. I can't thank them enough for their amazing service.
Luxury villa rental experience
I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Alfelor, a representative for my luxury villa rental. Gotta say, the communication was fantastic. She was always quick, on time, and thorough with her responses, making everything go super smoothly. I've been on many great trips with this company before, and the villas are always top-notch and gorgeous.
Cancellation of holiday due to medical reasons
Man, we had to cancel our big vacation at the very last minute due to someone getting sick, and we were so disappointed. But then this girl named Chiara came through and totally saved the day! She was like an angel and made everything so easy for us. Big shoutout to Olivers Travels for having such awesome customer service!
